No, it's not a Homestar Runner reference. People need to stop citing what a phrase reminds them of as some pop-culture reference. These posts are even worse than the painfully obvious ones like the Einstein on the Kicking Nass and Taking Manes (quest) page. OH, REALLY? It's a (crappy and lazy) pun on the phrase "Kicking ass and taking names? Thanks, Professor!

Being shafted is a phrase that means getting screwed over and they only used it as the title as it relates to arrows, but they chose to call it "Shafted!" and not "ARROWED!", which I would have preferred, and would have ACTUALLY been a Homestar reference.

Simply target players and rightclick the Silver Crafted Arrow. Get this as reward from Gift Giving or any or . Make sure the players dont have a pet out already!

You might be doing this for the achievement Fool For Love.

Ok, so easiest way to get this achievement is to get an arrow either by luck or package turn in.
Once you have the arrow target someone without a pet and use the item, as the cast bar comes up move to cancel the shot, you'll still get the achievement point but wont consume your arrow:p

This Has been Hotfixed and there is no cast time on the arrow now:p

If someone in your party uses a Silver Shafted Arrow on a person, the whole party does not get achievement credit; only the person who fired the arrow does.

if Anyone cannot buy the Rose Petals, Love Rockets or Sliver Arrows from the vendor type in /run BuyMerchantItem then no space (11) for the rose Petals, (12) for the Love Rockets and (13) for the Silver Arrows. hope this helps :)

I used to do achievements like you, then I took an arrow to the knee.

It appears that you cannot waste arrows on players who have a pet out; if a player has a pet out, then you get the "invalid target" error when you try to shoot them, so you don't lose an arrow.
