This is new Worgen only dk starting quest where like in all other races you have to execute one of your kind. Before you do it, npc will give a little speech where he tries to convince you to fight the lich kings control but ultimately, you slay the npc. However it should be mentioned that from lore(lol) point, a gilnean dk doesn't exist since the Greymane wall was created specifically to protect citizens of kingdom from the plague.
Edit: Thanks for explanation Zaratha, that clarifies things. Didn't have the text at the time of the posting.

Can be glitchy, It took me 2 times before the quest said I killed him.

Is it wrong i enjoyed this quest and killing him? To prove your undying loyalty, it just seemed so appropriate, ya know? And besides what if they had been lying to save themselves? You never really know. This quest also alows for some intersting role play imo.

Description

[We got here, tore the place apart, and headed toward the prison house. We weren't expecting what we found in there, <nom>. Seems the Crusade's been real busy. That whole thing is full of Argent Dawn prisoners. Most of them were already dead by the time we arrived, but a few were still breathing.

I was about to go in there and execute the rest of them, but I think you should have the honors. In particular, there's a real feisty worgen in there that I think you'll take great pleasure in executing.]
