This Quest opens up -thanks to a new Questing-Feauture which gives you Quests on distance -
while you're on the Quest "I Am the Law and I Am the Lash" .

You can kill the sergeants without the cudgel. I didn't read the quest before I started and lost my mask. Couldn't get or find another so just tried killing them when they were hostile. If your lower leveled best to get the sergeants that are by themselves and not by the large group of orcs.

I can't find this guy at all.

One issue observed, later I'll have to talk to Kibler, who hates me for slaughtering his Booty Bay buddies.

I'm doing this for the pet reward.
