In pre-4.0 WoW, this would've been a group quest. Instead, you get several militia just like with the previous quest. Aradne has 8000+ health, but I did this as a level 38 druid in cat form, and she didn't seem to be doing too much damage to me. Didn't have to heal, just did my dps rotation while my militia attacked and she went down pretty reasonably. Just took a bit longer than the other mobs in this area.

Yup, you'd think a 40-elite would be more trouble, but those farm boys with the pitchforks are enough to do the trick.

Level 40 worgen affliction warlock -- no problem.

She never even reached me as a Worgen hunter lvl 40.

Something about having a trap, slow and 5 pets made me feel rather OP.

Description

[Our last hope of victory lies in defeating the val'kyr. You've done well up until now... but you're only one <man/woman> and there are literally dozens of them raining destruction on the battlefield.

One enormous val'kyr sits atop the tower to our south... you can see her from here. Perhaps if we eliminate her, the remaining val'kyr will dissipate.

This is our only hope. Bring some of Grant's men with you. You'll need their protection for this battle.]
