When you speak to the civilian you can chose whether they will fight with you or heal you. All you have to do is talk to them.

FYI, the shamans are very quick with earthbind totems and earthshields, but I didn't see much healing out of them.

For fun, if you want to complete your little army, bust out your Argent Gruntling with the Orgrimmar pennant. :)

As of 4.2 the shaman's earth shield will heal for 800-900HP per trigger. Not a huge amount considering your health pool at 84-85 but better than it was.

Quite possibly the worst "helpers" you will ever team up with. They're worse than nothing and are more likely to aggro ppl u don't want to fight than to actually help.

Another annoying tidbit, if you're questing as an elem shaman the earth shield the helper shamans cast removes lightning shield. Yet another reason to not take them.

Well doing the quest, I got half way done and I had to log out, and when I did, the port has change phase, and continue on completing my quest. When I was finish, I couldnt turn it in because Zaele wasnt where it was mark she would have been. Is there any ways to go back to the first phase?

Edit: Answer: To those that had the same problem, its best to just leave the zone completely, log out, log back in, and go back to the area.

Yea well,,this is all fine and dandy,,but where in the hell do u find the civilians?..i have killed the warlocks and the other guys,,but cant find the civilians?..help!

Note: when doing this I got a what seems to be rare bug. I basically got stuck to him while he went up to slam. He never ended up slamming, I was unable to move or use abilities and he killed me.

Eventually went back and it worked fine.
