To continue the quest chain, enter the cave right after you free him for him to come to you.

Messner will be following you, head north on the road - right before entering Burning Steppes you will see Utroka the Keymistress on a small hill on the right (cord. 43,10) kill her and you will get Jorgensen's Cage Key. After obtaining the key head to Render's Champ to free Jorgensen.
You can mount up Messner will follow you like Speedy Gonzales :P

Found a slight bug with this quest. After I freed him he immediately disappeared. Later on I found him stuck in a wall at the town hall in the city for some odd reason...

So check around if he up and vanishes on you!

I found this quest somewhat humerous. While running around with him (Messner), he'll start blurting out random comments such as:

"Being a mage has its advantages, but the laundry bills are hell to pay."
"I need to use the restroom."

And my personal favorites:

"So whatever happened to that hot little number in Stormwind? Lady Prestor was her name."
"I think I'm going to go to Dalaran after this is over. Help 'em get that city up and floating."

Someone needs to get out of Redridge. =D

I think this is extremely hilarious since warriors are worth ^&*! in cata.

Description

[I don't know where Krakauer or Danforth are, but Jorgensen was being held at Render's Camp, northwest of here. I was in the same crap filled cage with him before they relocated me to Alther's Mill.

If we're gonna get him out we'll need the key. A stone cold witch from hell known as Utroka the Keymistress holds on tight to that thing. We'll have to kill her if we're going to get Jorgensen's cage key. She's up north in the valley leading to the Burning Steppes.

Let's go, kid.]
