Do this quest with A Job for the Multi-Bot from Engineer Grindspark, if you don't already have it, and What's Left Behind, from Tock Sprysocket. Both of these NPCs are located northeast of High Tinker Mekkatorque's camp.

Then simply run around The Toxic Airfield, dragging your Multi-Bot to the toxic geysers, killing all the Living Contamination and Toxic Sludge you encounter.

This quest opens up What's Keeping Jessup? from Captain Tread Sparknozzle, located by High Tinker Mekkatorque.

Also, by the time you get this quest - or maybe after turning it in, you should hopefully be level 3. Make sure to visit your class trainer to pick up their next quest and train your new ability.

Description

[Tock Sprysprocket has some crazy theory about these toxic sludges being the last remnants of gnomes, so my men have orders not to engage them for now.

However, the Toxic Airfield, just south of us, is teeming with living contamination. They are elementals composed of contaminated water and other toxic materials. Left unchecked, they'll overrun the town. Will you help us dispose of them?]
