The fish will most likely eat you, when this happens you will take periodic damage. While in his mouth you are still able to attack.

for those whom are interested, I completed this as a lvl 28 Rogue solo.
The freed NPC's from "Free our Sisters" assisted in killing him, was surprised at this but we gutted and then skinned his fishy hide.

Make sure you do this quest with Free Our Sisters. With those five girls behind you there should be no problem in downing this creature.

Description

[By order of people not wanting to get themselves devoured whole by a really huge fish, Cragpool Lake is OFF-LIMITS! Someone decided to up and put a huge, dwarf-eating fish in the lake.

It is strongly recommended that you stay out, however, if you are the heroic type and have a few friends around, do us all a favor and kill the damned thing! Maybe I can get some fishing done then, eh?

If you manage to actually do it, meet me back at Windshear Hold for a reward.
