Currently Chapelet de gemmes en élémentiums give 3-9 of these gems when opened.

10man raid bosses in Dragon Soul will drop 1 cluster and 25man bosses will drop 1-3.

Just to clarify these are rogue only, I was originally under the impression that these were also the epic gems for Jewelcrafters but they aren't, so the only competition for these are other rogues with the quest.

Do you need to roll for these if lets ay there are more than one rogue currently on the q in the raid?

I can also say that you can get as little as 3 from a cluster... Ive been rather unlucky during this quest line............
