Très bon proc du buff maîtrise espacés d'environ 1 minute chacun, mais c'est une grosse blague à utiliser. Il soigne 38pv / sec et fait une aoe qui inflige au alentour de 60 Dps.

Le proc est juste utile pour spot des ennemi en fufu, sinon je vois vraiment pas l’intérêt a par pour le skin.

Par contre le proc maitrise est vraiment bien.

from a healing point of view, this gives more hps throughput than Oeil de la puissance flamboyante and Mâchoires de défaite (these are the only 378 trinkets with INT on them)

Granted, Oeil de la puissance flamboyante also heals once every 45sec, but it is still less than what you will get from this trinket (assuming this also has a 45sec gcd)

Can't help but wonder what the HPS of WG will look like (2xWG for its full duration), Tranquility, Divine Hymn (now with its 3min CD) etc.

The ICD is 45 seconds and it has a moderately high chance to proc.. it's procing in useful situations.. granting about 10% increased mastery for holy paladins.. I'd say it's better than Eye of Blazing Power on reg.. Heroic Eye of Blazing Power probably beats it by a tad depending on the fight. Even still it's a very very nice trinket for holy paladins.

On current PTR build, the uptime on this trinket for a Holy Pally is right around 33% +- 1%

Seems to be performing well now that our mastery affects the HR initial heal (IH has been anywhere from 15-20% of total healing on most fights)

FINALLY, a damned trinket for my resto druid with a mastery procc, omg , my dreams have come true at last, I was wonderind when blizz gonna put out something like this. As most trinket procs are haste this is way more imbah in my opinion, with harmony up it gives I think. about 8% more healing, haven;t calculated exactly, but I can't wait to get my hands on it, even though I saw it 2 times and lost it to shadow priests. As a conclusion( finally), it's a very very good trinket for almost any caster class/ resto. And as I read up a bit, with a 40% uptime, i have no words of how good this trinket actually is, I rather drop a 407 intellect with a haste procc for this. Hope u guys have fun with it.

Not sure if it really matters since the on-use effect doesn't heal or do so much damage, but this trinket does NOT cause other regular on-use trinkets to go into a short cool down, nor does it go into a short cool down when you use other normal on-use trinkets, which makes it just that much more awesome (I mean, you get to turn blue and cast blue spells when you pop your cool downs).

I was able to use both this and Calice du Puits de lune at the same time.

Whoever said this trinket is better than Blazing Power for holy pallies is obv trolling. Mastery is our weakest secondary stat.

Take it if you're still using 359 trinkets, if you're like the rest of us and was clearing FL every week it's basically garbage. Let the mages take it.

Probably very good for demo locks, could almost be BiS since the effect procs very frequently so it's easy to time it with meta. Combined with Moonwell Chalice it provides LOTS of mastery and a nice meta-phase unlike Theralion's mirror that procs much less and therefore harder to time with Meta.

So if you're a demo lock, go get it!

@ Hopilian,There is the moonwell chalice with mastery on use. No not a proc, but some will argue on use is better. I replaced the moonwell with this.

Testing as disc, swapped in for the Jaws of Defeat heroic (has 50 more int but the on use isn't comparable to the mastery proc in aoe damage heavy phases of 25man). Adds 6-7k absorbs to pw:s, haven't worked out yet what it does to PoH Divine Aegis.

As mentioned the on use ability is Don souillé. Note that the actual buff the PROC bestows is Don souillé. Same name, different spell ID from the same trinket. Added this to avoid confusion when setting up addon spell alerts. Edited for clarity since the guy below me is on about semantics.

Got this on my ele shaman today and it's freaking amazing, especially with new 4.3 chain lightning spam.

Without the proc, I'm here:
Mastery: 14.11 / 28% chance for elemental overload

With the proc:
Mastery: 20.52 / 42% chance for elemental overload

So for elemental shaman, it provides approximately an additional 14% chance for elemental overload to go off.

Does anyone have any figures for how this is for holy priests? I know mastery is relatively weak and the RNG nature of the proc is very unappealing for all healers but assuming the priest is stacking haste is this a viable mastery booster?
I'm considering swapping out Poupée préférée de Tyrande for it, at least partly for the Int, but if the proc is useless I'll stick with the regen trinket.

The USE effect is simply vanity, just like the other trinkets which drop in the 4.3 dungeons.
At least this trinket does SOME damage, and even though it's practically nothing it's something, and something is better than nothing.

The on use effect seems pretty useless, tried it today and it ticked for 42hp and did about 62 aoe damage. The mastery proc is giving me about 4k more to my pw shield though, so I am replacing Eye of Blazing Power for this thing.

The 5 minute CD effect seems very weak. I'm seeing 38 healing and 62 fire dmg per tick to target's around me when I look at my combat log. Visually it looks very good, so I agree with the posts above me mentioning that this effect might be for RP purposes.

Granted, the trinket is great with int plus the mastery proc alone, for many caster specs.

Great trinket for arcane in rbg and frost in overall pvp. On use 5 min cd is great for arena/bg too. When enemy rogue vanish/stealth or feral u can pop it up and free cast their other teammates. It's like having anti opener because of aoe dmg. Other thing u can do is pop it up when having sprint form blink to get some players out of stealth. Yes u can do it without it but u don't lose global cd :D

The on use seems like a joke... you heal yourself for very little and do about 60-70 damage to enemies, this continues for around 15 second. I guess I can't really complain, it has both +int and an on equip proc... I prefer Equip to Use procs because I'm probably not good enough with reaction times to hit the on Use exactly every two minutes.

I just got this on my shaman last night. This is after constantly queuing LFD trying to run Well of Eternity at least twice a day. The party formation was in my favor since it had a DK tank, then a Warrior, Feral Druid, and Rogue DPS (and me as heals).

I have tested the trinket in both my resto and elem specs, and this trinket it wicked. It is really hard to miss this proc since your character glows a dark blue, and you hear the faint demon grunt that a warlock makes when Demonology specced ones go into demon form. The proc seems to occur as soon as the ICD is finished, which is great. I'm excited to test this out with Soins profonds on my raid group for Dragon Soul, especially on healing intense fights like Yor'sahj the Unsleeping 25man. As far as my elem spec, it works wonderfully. With my current 378 ilvl gear, when this procs, it sends my mastery up to 49%, which is awesome for Surcharge élémentaire. For anyone who has not gotten this trinket yet, keep working for it, because I've only seen it drop twice over the course of 2 1/2 weeks.

Can someone just confirm with some testing that it is indeed a 45 second ICD and not a 1 minute? At 45 seconds the average is a bit too high for the item level, but 1 minute looks about right.

As Arcane Mage I had to choose between this trinket and Carte de Sombrelune : Volcan.

I am not a math guy, so I am not posting all kind of stats here. I tested both trinkets 10 times.

It was a though choice, but after testing, I have chosen this one.

The permanent Intellect on this trinket is just enough to make the difference. It gives you more mana (which is of course important to mages) and somehow triggers the crit damage more often as the Card. The DPS is a slightly higher (without the crits) in general. And because of the extra mana, you can get 1 or 2 more Arcane Blasts out of it, without using Evacuation or a Managem.

So all and all, this one is just a little better for mages.

How come this trinket NEVER drops? I've been farming it since DS hit, and I've seen it drop once on my druid, and once on my Shaman, and lost it once on my Priest. What's odd, is that the tanking trinket with 12% droprate drops every single time I'm there... God, it's hopeless.

Does this item proc activates with melee damaging spells too? like Crusader Strike, Hammer of the Righteous or ranged like Avenger's Shileld and Judgement? I use it with my holy paladin but as I started to gear as a tank for the off spec just want to know if I could use this trinket for it too.

I have this on my boomkin, and its actually quite nice if you, like me, are a little tired of the looks. It becomes this big blue shadow bird with green flames on the feet. Looks awesome :) And it procs quite often..

I've found out that playing with the On Use: effects in certain parts of Orgrimmar will summon a Voleur d'Orgrimmar that will immediately attack you and die in a few seconds. Unfortunately, it drops no loot.

As a death knight, i was able to grab this item since noone needed it. It procs from my heals and spells. It is so awesome and it was very smart of me to grab it with me. Ever since i got this i feel, Feltastic! Like somehow my knowledge of combat has increased! I might be the only Death Knight that has this awesome trinket. I use this in some duels just to turn Blue. I find this trinket very fun and i also have the strength one which is absolutely do not like :( My trinkets are way better but i keep this around incase everyone suddenly forgets about it and then i turn up using this at random as a Death Knight.

Note: I did not ninja it it was given to me because the lock already had it and better ones and the same story goes for our healer. And yes, Intelligence is very useful for something so mindless :(

HI,

I have now dmc volcano, bottled wishes, moonwell chalice and this one for my boomkin. Wich one to choose. I am not a anti math guy but also not specifically good at it.
For normal outdoors I use this one and the moonwell for its intellect but in dungeons it is a hard choice.
On wowpopular I saw that this one is very popular. But maybe that is more for its visual effects.
I think the choice is between dmc and this one.
Suggestions?
