With the upcoming linear return changes to Resilience, these enchants have become a lot less desirable, especially at 80(!) emblems. From an Enhancement Shaman perspective, the extra 25 resilience don't make enough of a survivability impact over the 25 Mastery on the PvE version.

If you don't engage in PvE at all, and have the emblems lying around, go for it. Otherwise? Save your emblems for one of the trinkets, and grab the Therazane Enchants instead.

It is sold by two NPCS:

• on Baradin Base Camp, Tol Barad Peninsula (72.4,63.1), on the cliff, left side with the portal at your back and Darkwoods ahead. It costs 80 Tol Barad Commendations, which are obtained by doing dailies on both Tol Barad Peninsula and Tol Barad or by winning the Tol Barad battleground.

• on Old Town, Stormwind City (75,67), in the building, right side after entering, named "Honor Quartermaster". It costs 2000 Honor Points, which are obtained by doing non-rated battlegrounds or via Honorable Kills.
