Fished out of Shipwreck Debris in Tol Barad. These pools spawn off the docks of Wellson Shipyard, Rustberg village and also it seems wherever there are actual wrecked ships in the waters of Tol Barad. Mine contained mostly Heavy Savage leather, Obsidium Ore, different kinds of Rumsey Rum and grilled shark. These pools always contain only two catches in my experience.

Certainly worth the trouble to fish up, particularly for tailors thanks to the plentiful Embersilk Cloth. They share spawns with Fathom Eel swarms, so if you plan to fish a lot of them, be sure to fish out the eel swarms or you'll run out of spawn points for this. It's not a total loss, though, as Fathom Eels are necessary for the new seafood feasts, and you can get volatile water from their swarms 10% of the time.

I was farming these yesterday and it seems that the best circuit is to run along the river (much easier if you have a walk on water ability) and fished all pools, including fathom eels, checking for the one spawn at the shipyard, following the coast and occasionally checking the Rustberg docks. However; don't bother with fishing off the coast or the docks at the ship yard or Rustberg, you'll just be wasting your time. Shipwreck debris have appeared at the landing areas along the river, under the broken bow of the raised ship in the shipyard, along the coast and off the Rustberg docks. This coupled with the occasional mining circuit (nothing big) netted me 3k gold after two hours. Your time might be wisely spent else where but it's also a great way to help with the guild achievement to fish up 10,000 fish.

Can this be fished out from anywhere else except tol barad?

I spent about 45 minutes in Tol Barad today fishing out of the Shipwreck Debris pools as I waited for the PVP battle to begin. Each pool seemed to have a short cycle as I was only able to cast 1-2 times in each pool before it despawned, however I did receive 1 Sealed Crate out of each pool for a total of 9 crates. Sadly, Azshara's Veil seems quite prevalent in the Shipwreck Debris nodes. It's quite annoying getting a stupid plant when I want some crates.

heavy salvage leather on my realm is 50g~~+- so getting few of this can make 150-200g/day while u make ur dailys.
Just be carefull for the enemy )

fished this right now on a TB shipwreck debris, 2x pyrite ore and 1g 20s 6x highland cheese, 2nd crate contains 2x rumsey rum black label 1g 75s 10x embersilk cloth.

Most of these items can also be bought from food vendors or trade-good quartermasters in Orgrimmar and Stormwind (if you count the satchel-drop herbs, and the leather which can be converted), so I guess one of those cities is wondering where its last shipment went.

On some servers, this may actually be less profitable to fish than Fathom Eel Swarm (the common node that spawns in its place), even if you haven't leveled cooking. This is because Magnifique festin de fruits de mer, an economical way to provide the BiS food buff for a raid, is BoP and requires 2x Anguille des profondeurs to make.

not sure the drop rates are too accurate, i get a type of volatile almost every time.

Shipwreck debris (and therefore Sealed Crates) are now able to be fished off the shores of Darkmoon Island. They are located the entire way around the island, including off the smaller islands. Water walking or Aqua form will be incredibly helpful.

The contents of the crates here though, are a little 'different' :P

Expect to see Ores, Leather, Embersilk, Herbs, a range of Darkmoon food and drinks as well as Eau-de-feu de Sombrelune

Fished up 52 of these, running around Darkmoon Island with path of frost on. Did not open any of them, in the interest of bag space conservation. Opened them all when I got back to Dala, and found:
