This is a fantastic glyph, especially for PvP. You gain more control over one of your primary means of control.

You can open on a caster with Garrote and reset the fight without the tick breaking your Blind. You don't have to worry if the guy running at you with a claymore has Curse of Agony on him. As long as your target isn't being whacked on or standing in an AoE, your Blind will stick, regardless of what went down before you needed to use it.

It reduces the limitations of a vital control ability and I consider it a must-have glyph.

Here is a dastardly to use this Glyph: If you see a Warlock fighting an elite, cast blind on the elite, negating all DOTs, then a low damage ability to break the blind-This will usually kill the Warlock :)

This is one of the few ways to kill someone of your own faction... try it before the inevitable nerf!

Forgive my ignorance buy why would you want a glyph that removes DOTs from a target?
