Dare I say.... melee dps meta of choice? Seeing as the only other possibility is chaotic, which under the current awful requirement is such a hit in strength (or agility) it couldn't possibly be worth it.

Unfortunately this does not stack with any boot enchant that gives you a minor run speed increase.

For those of you who might wonder, this meta-gem does NOT stack with the enchant on boots. Your speed will remain at 108% if you wear them both.

This could be a tanking jem for a Bear, but for a Pally, Warrior or DK in plate it's not as good as Austere Shadowspirit Diamond. Especially if your in Ilvl 359 or better gear. The 8% movement speed helps a Bear tank, but for a plate tank, your not running that fast anyway.
