The best ranged weapon for SV / MM if you have Nerubian Conqueror or Arrowsong and are looking to upgrade, but never seen Envoy of Mortality drop from Kel'thuzad in 25-man Naxxramas. Consider it a ranged weapon that falls in-between the two.

Although the haste makes it a much desirable bow for MM and SV Hunters, BM Hunters may want to go a different route, such as Avalanche due to Steady Shot cast speed capping out so quick to the GCD.

Another option for BM Hunters, if you get desperate, would be Rifle of the Platinum Guard. Keep in mind, however, that this ranged weapon is inferior to all other ranged selections for Hunters due to having no AP or Agility.

I got this as an upgrade to https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=40346, and while Golemheart supposedly has more crit rating, when I equip it I lose 2 percent chance to crit. I have enchanted it with heartseeker scope. Can someone tell me why it has lower crit rating?

i'm wondering the same thing as falsar
as a troll i expected to gain 1% crit by equipping this bow
however i seem to have lost over 2% crit
o yeah i was using the nerubian conqueror before

Eximius, you were right. My bow skill was down. I didn't know that affected crit.

Got this last night off the trash before Ignis. Really big upgrade from the Drake-Mounted X-bow I have been carrying around forever. (Never got a ranged drop in H. Naxx.) As stated above, the Haste, Crit, and Stamina are great for my SV build. Gained a ton of DPS from this bow.

Luckily enough, I was carrying an extra Heartseeker Scope on my toon so I was able to equip right away. :)

Nice stat-stick for a rogue. Got this thanks to being the only one in my Uld10 group who can actually use a bow/gun/etc.
