I tried out this glyph with a Level 70 rogue, and the improvement it made during dailies was definitely noticeable! Extending the dodge time's coverage by just 5 seconds was often enough to last through each fight. This glyph might not be sexy, but it's sure useful.

I would like to note that you CANNOT stack several glyphs of the same type to increase the effect. Upon attempting to inscribe a duplicate Glyph at the Lexicon of Power you recieve the message:

"That Glyph is already inscribed in your spellbook."

Definitely a worthwhile Glyph for all rogues. Add with https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=25787 or https://www.wowhead.com/cata/spell=51674 like Xcom said.

Higher/longer dodge rate is bad against Warriors, but good rogues know to never use Evasion against Warriors.

Afterthought: Sub rogues almost get 3 Evasions from this.

Normal Evasion = 15s
Evasion + Glyph = 20s
Evasion + Preparation = 30s
Evasion + Prep + Glyph = 40s

40 seconds of 50%+ dodge chance? Nice.
