what i'm wondering is if this glyph would make searing pain viable raid dps? but the threat it generates would be too high...<_<

up until now i've always seen searing pain as being useless(only time it was useful was tanking 1 boss in ssc) ..its so useless infact that i only have rank 1 searing pain on my 70 lock<_< lol

Let's see... You can transfer your DoTs from one target to another without actually removing them from the first target, in exchange for a 10-second cooldown on Soul Swap.

More than worth it, I say.

Edit: For those looking at the Glyph of Searing Pain page... I'm commenting on Glyph of Soul Swap, which for some reason has the GoSP comments on it.

I dont know where cooldwon is puted. Is this cooldwon puted betwen soul swap and soul swap:exhale? i mean if i use soul swap, can i use soul swap: exhale imediatly or after 10 sec?

This is being nerfed with patch 4.2. The cooldown imposed on Soul Swap is being increased to 30 seconds.
