I would also note that these drop even if you havent started the quest, so keep these notes if you are here early and you will be able to turn this in once you start the quest chain from theramore.

Some of the more adventerous humans have already started the construstion of a large building on the border with the Barrens.

46,46 -> Kill the Grimtotem Elder (the mob with mana), they give to you Grimtotem Note, collect 4 and turn them in a Grimtotem Battle Plan. Good Luck!

The grimtotem elders are actually at 46,16.

Alright you boneheads! LOL

There is basically NOTHING at 46,16 ... that's the approximate entrance into the village, where you need to kill both Elders and Shape-Shifters, to get four notes, which you COMBINE to get the battle plans.
