Shoots two orange fireworks into the air in a spiral pattern that burst and streak down slowly. Lasts about 4 seconds. I have no idea why it's called purple other than the icon for the trinket. With a 30 second cooldown on the trinket its definitely no fireworks show. Its only slightly more impressive than a standard yellow snake firework. Not really worth the points.

Rarity: 3,000 UDE Points
Distribution: Booster boxes contains 2,400 UDE points and cost approx $60 USD (inc. shipping), therefore the average cost of obtaining this particular loot is $75.00

How much would I expect to pay for one off eBay or similar?
According to http://www.wowtcgloot.com/perpetual_purple_firework.htm (most information sourced from there), the lowest Buy It Now price starts around $13 USD upwards to $19 USD, with the average quantity listed hovering around 4 items.

How does the UDE Points program work?
Each WoW TCG booster pack includes a UDE Points card with with a unique 9 character code. These codes are worth 100 points each and are redeemable by registering (for free) at the offical website http://www.ude.com/points. Once you have sufficient points to purchase one of the three items, you will have the option to purchase a unique 25 digit code. During the checkout process you will need to select the region (US or EU) of your receiving game character.

I have the 25 digit loot code, now what?
All accounts from every region in the world use http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/promotion.html to redeem any and all special loot. This webpage allows you to enter the 25 digit promotion code and also select the region and realm for the character that will receive the loot item.

Upon succcessfuly submitting the above information, you will be presented with an in-game code. Write this code down or print it out; you will need it to retrieve your item. Log into the game with the character that is to receive the item and travel to Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale. There, you will need to find a goblin by the name of Landro Longshot. He is located on the lower parts of Booty Bay on the docks, and should be easily recognised due to the fact that he has a distinctive purple shirt and two body guards next to him.

When you find Landro, he will first ask if you are here for a promotion, and then ask you which TCG expansion your item comes from (or Points Redemption); check your loot card if you are not sure which item that is. Ensure you have got bag space to hold the item!

What loot can I redeem with UDE points?
Currently only the Tabard of Frost, Perpetual Purple Firework, and the Carved Ogre Idol are available through the UDE point program. Conversely those three items are not available on TCG loot cards. The two programs are separate. More items are expected to be frequently added to the UDE points purchase list.

Note that the screen shots submitted do not make it appear to be purple. It may have been differently colored in the past, but currently the firework is indeed a splendid purple. It is a match for the Dalaran Firework. So if you like those fireworks, you may want to get one of these for a permanent one.

This trinket has been changed in 3.2.2.

Now, you use the trinket and it gives you a permanent firework item in your inventory, rather than taking up a trinket slot.

The new item functions exactly as a normal firework does, except it is not consumable

I have this on my lvl do mage... it's not that great... ive havent even got a single wisper on where i got it... i have the epic tabard of frost and ive gottan more wispers! lol people must be dump or something.

Here is something you shoud know befor you sell a loot card! I sold a tabard of frost loot card ingame code for 400g to a guy in bootybay. I payed $20.00 for my tabard of frost card off of ebay and it was infact a valid card. First thing I did was I entered the code off the card into the blizz website and picked the relm medivh and in turn it gave me a in game code you enter in booty bay. after i got the gold i gave the ingame code to the guy so he could enter it and get his tabard. Here is the good part........he then told me that the code he entered was not valid and he said he would report me if i did not give his gold back. I told him well i guess you are going to have to report me cuz I know for a fact that it was a valid code,and so he did......I am now banned for 24 hr for scaming when in fact i was the one who was scamed. i can bet when i log back in my 400 g will be gone. :( $20.00 down the hole. I can also bet that the guy i slod the tabard code to realy got his tabard and just wanted his gold back to so he could just get it for free. all i know is someone used my VALID tabard of frost ingame code and it was not me.how this guy set up this scam i dont know but he did a good job cuz he mede me look like the guy who was scaming

I got this along w/ the Tabard after getting out all the point cards I got in the packs I bought. I knew I wasn't even close to getting the ogre suit so I had to settle for this trink. Its fun because It fills my alts non existent trink slot atm and its funny cuz its the most useless epic trink in the game. It looks like 2 snake burst fireworks shot at the same time.
