Amusingly, after you hand in this quest Jaga begins floating away holding his balloons. He arises to the height of the upper level of Orgrimmar before despawning.

For Horde: Found three in the Valley of Honor and two in the Drag.

They hover about two yards off the ground, usually next to buildings.

The balloons are red, just like the companion pet is. They have strings attached to the bottom and will sparkle like any other lootable quest item. 'Carefully collecting' one has a short cast bar.

As a sidenote, the pet disappears when you're mounted!

On the off chance you decide to try dive-bombing Orgrimmar children in the attempt to gain a horde b'loon as an Alliance character, don't bother. Jaga is in a different phase, and you can't interact (or see) him if you do visit. I imagine it'd be the same for Horde toons going to Stormwind to try getting that pet.

A lil kid by the pond in vally of wisdom starts the quest very easy!
When you complete it he floats away lol.

49/48 in Valley of Wisdom, by the little bridge - he's standing there, with his blue dragonhawk hatchling, Spooks

I found my five all on the "ground floor", so to speek - they look just like the pet reward balloon, floating in a stationary sort of way - based on the other posts, I think it's probably safe to say you'd find them in just about any part of Org, proper, since we're all reporting different spots within the city walls

As a level 85 You need to put the option of finding "Low level quests " on so you can see where the quest is given

After running around all over Orgrimmar in frustration, I found all 5 of mine in the winding catapult filled 'tunnel' at the top of the map.. despite not being in the marked questing area.

I took the path through the drag to the valley of strength. Look between or next to buildings, from the pathway you'll be able to see the sparkles. Got all 5 in that direction looking on both sides of the path.

Best spot for quest balloons is the path up to the back gate of Orgrimmar. Plenty of ballons on both sides. Took about 60 secs to get all 5.

From the Valley of Wisdom, follow the path to The Drag through the lift, if you keep going along the upper part of The Drag you'll find about 3 balloons along your path. Once you get 3, you should see a partially completed building to your left in the bottom area of The Drag from the cooking place, go down there and there should be 2 balloons by that building. Hope this helps.

On an other note I can report that it looks like Jaga is moonwolking (towards the moon?) once the quest is completed.

Don't be confused when accepting/finding this quest, the balloons are located on the ground all over Ogrimmar.

What I did was starting from the quest giver Jaga to the Actionhouse in Ogrimmar (ON FOOT/GROUNDMOUNT), then I had collected all of the balloons.

I found them all in the valley of strength (both sides of the bank, next to the inn, both sides of the ramp between the two opposite elevators and Grommash Hold) within 2 minutes

My pa brought me a bunch of balloons from the Darkmoon Faire. Best... gift... EVER! They're magical, you know, and never lose their floatiness!

There's just one thing...

A big ol' gust of wind blew 'em right outta my hands. They're scattered all over Orgrimmar!

I'd chase after 'em myself, but this city's so big I'd get lost for sure.

Can you round 'em up for me before they float away?
