To clarify the above:

If you try to put the bombs in the wrong place, you'll get an error message saying that setting up the bomb "Requires Highbank Bomb Target". There are no "bomb targets" to look for though, so you just have to run around in order to find the correct locations for the bombs.

79 77 is the little passageway between the entrance and the first hall in the keep.

80 72 is the northernmost tower along the perimeter to the right of the clearing in the wall. Place the bomb in the bottom floor.

81 78 in the middle of the ship right in front of the mast.

I think one of the biggest confusions of this particular quest is that it makes you think you have to be near the little bombs. As of latest patch, you do NOT have to be right on top of them. As long as you are in the general area, you should be able to place the bomb. Just go RIGHT inside the Keep (after you kill the guards lol) and place them near the inside of the entrance. Go RIGHT inside that northernmost tower (more to the north/northeast), go INSIDE and place the bomb on the ground floor, you can be near the entrance as well. Lastly, the ship bomb is probably the easiest, just place it near the middle of the mast area. Hope this helps some.

What are you guys talking about? This quest doesn't deal with bombs. "Parting Packages" does though.
This quest deals with killing a bunch of guys in the area.
