To complete this quest, just click the explosive barrel near the cart and watch the nice movie.
By the way this quest is gived by an npc called Harrison Jones (based on Harrison Ford, the actor of Indiana Jones movies) and is based on a scene of the last movie of Indiana Jones, The kingdom of the crystal skull, where just few seconds before a nuclear test, Indiana jones closes himself into a cooler and gets throw in the sky. Nice one.
