Seems like they return after you complete the quest line for Therazane.

Rewards from this quest are a lot more higher item level than other quest rewards in Deepholm. They're equal to Twilight's Highlands quests.

If you complete / and DO NOT take you would be still able to take /Orden del Jefe de Guerra: ¡Uldum!. However I havn't tested it the other way around. A pretty unusual behavior of breadcumb quests, wish all quests were like those :<
