Si al entregar la misión te dice que "no reunes los requisitos" es que en vez de seguir hablando con Terrath en el lugar de la lucha con la dragona, debes hacerlo estando él en su ubicación original. Visitándole en 40.0, 19.3 concretamente.
Ve allí y él te enviará a una audiencia con la Madre Tierra.

From my experience:
It seems to be based on how much damage you deal to her (as a total % of her health). So if there are many players trying to complete this, it would be wise to group up.

i just finished the quest prior to this, went to try pick this up and got the message "You don't meet the requirements for that quest"

When I used mallet nothing seemed to happen, only later I found that the dragon was spawned relatively high above me, need to "mount" the stones flying around him and nuke/jump when stone is being destroyed. Not sure if this (event started without anything visible on ground) is normal, it's possible that someone else was already fighting her and I came in the middle.

After you hit the crystal it starts the event. You have to hop from stone to stone up to her then hop around her as she targets and nukes stones. If you fail the event you can talk Terrath again and there will be a chat option to throw you back up. It can be a pain to do if a bunch of people are trying.

This NPC spawns at 2 locations....his "Fixed" Location is at (40,20) This is where you want to go to turn in and collect quests. He also spawns to the west at (32,24) (green dot on the map). This location is unstable for obtaining new quests.

This quest is kinda fun actually.

Once you hit the crystal, you have to look up and jump on the stones, and keep jumping until you get up to the top where she comes.

1. She does a flame jet attack, and it is aimed at the rock you are standing on, and after a certain amount of time, the rock falls.

2. You have to jump from rock to rock, in a sort of 'strafing' fashion.

3. If she hits you while you're on the rock, you do take a lot of damage.

4. It is super easy to solo if you jump to a different rock when she is about to shoot down the one you are on.

5. You don't take any damage if you avoid the flame jet.

6. She is 'defeated' (read: surrenders) at like 15% or 20% HP. You collect your reward, and then you get to laugh at anyone down on the ground who can't figure the quest out.

After hitting the crystal with the mallet, you'll get picked up by the stone giant and then eventually thrown onto the first rock. They ascend in spiral fashion up towards the dragon. Right-click the green 'vehicle entry' arrows that come up as you mouse-over the next rock that will be to your upper right. After a few jumps you'll be near her and she will be active. She'll target your rock - jump to the next.

For melee, you need to stand near a few rocks that are circled tighter to her hit box. Casters could stay outside.

She'll target the rock you are on and cast Searing Breath, which is a 5+ sec cast. Attack her and get ready to right click to the next rock when she retargets. Note that rocks tend to blow up and fall over time as I think they take damage from her breath blast. So too many attacks by her on a particular rock can elimnate it. Only an issue for melee and the closer rocks, perhaps.

ANNOYING: if you're right-clicking for the green 'vehicle entry' arrow to jump from rock to rock, note that the same annoying targeting issues exists with her wings as it does with a hunter's winged pet - you cannot target through her big flapping wings. You'll have to be alert for when the right-click arrow to jump is active (green) or not. Lag is not good here.

note to druids in flight form:

head down to the bottom, switch to cat/bear/rooster and then climb the rocks.

i spent 10 minutes hopping from rock to rock in flight form wondering how the hell i was supposed to do any damage.

I encountered a bug today, where Terrath does not spawn near the resonating crystal to throw you up there. Another person questing in the same area encountered the same thing.

The solution, if this happens to you, is to fly up to the rocks yourself, dismount in air, and click the rocks that have the green arrow when you mouse over them. The rocks are not "solid" and you will fall through them and back to the ground if you don't click to mount them.

Doing this will start the encounter.

Occasionally two bubbles will appear on the rocks. If you stand on a rock with a bubble for at least 1 second, you will get a useful buff for as long as you stay in the bubble:

The yellow bubble is a Barrera cristalina. This reduces damage taken by 50% and restores 5% health and mana every second.
The green bubble is a Oleada cristalina. This increases your damage dealt by 50%.

Any tips for melee classes? As a warrior I have to use ranged damaged (which does mediocre damage) unless there is a floating rock close to the dragon. I don't think a melee class could get the achievement "My Very Own Broodmother" easily - killing her in 90 seconds to get the achievement.

Edit: After reading comments from the "My Very Own Broodmother" thread it's actually quite easy to get the achievement. Strike the crystal, climb the rocks and kill the broodmother, get back on the ground, strike the crystal a second time and turn in the quest for the achievement!

If you die, you can resurrect, eat, use the mallet again, hop up the rocks again and attack again. The broodmother will not have regained her health. So you can continue to whittle her health down until she submits.

I can see how this could be fun once you figure it out. But Hunters have to choose their rocks carefully. About a third of them seemed to be too close for ranged attacks, leaving you to auto-attack with your melee weapon and hit Raptor Strike every 9 seconds.

Try to pick the rocks that will allow you to attack from range. Before you jump to the next rock, be sure Serpent Sting is refreshed. And realize it's going to take a while. Your pet stays down below and doesn't help you out, so you lose a lot of damage.

You can move from rock to rock while casting and it will not interrupt you. At least, that's what happened on my Balance Druid. I started casting Wrath, jumped to another rock and then fired it off a few moments after landing on the rock I leapt to.

Warning! Don't queue for stuff when you're doing this quest! Or at least, don't accept queues, unless your group doesn't mind waiting for you to finish the quest, because once you hit the crystal, you won't be able to enter the instance until you're back on the ground, and there's no way to dismount the rocks mid-quest, even by abandoning it.

Edit: Why downvote? Its TRUE. See for yourselves! Possibly the daily version doesn't, but the first time you do it, it does.

I was having a terrible time with this and after my 2nd failure I noticed a guy politely waiting for me to finish. I told him I might be forever and to go ahead. Well, he zipped right through it and after he got his reward the question mark was still up on the big guy. I went over and clicked on him and got a completion also. Whisper thanked the guy and that made my day cuz I'm so lousy, I probably would have had to abandon it.

I know its a bit late to be mentioning this, but if you click the little red arrow (the leave vehicle button) right above your action bars upon completion of this quest, you will fall to the ground and not take any damage from the long fall. This is a great way to get the ¿Bajas? achievement.

This is a miserable experience for me--I'm happy though that others enjoyed this quest. I'm standing on the rocks, getting incinerated by the dragon, frantically trying to jump to another rock with no success because I can't see the rocks due to the flame barrage. I'm right-clicking like a maniac to no avail, and keep dying before I can move out of the way. Not amusing! And I feel like an idiot because everybody else did this quest just fine!

I was having absolute FITS with this as a warrior. I kept running out of rocks to stand on! But then I discovered that if you dismount from the rock with the red "jump out" arrow down by your stances, and then ask Terath the Steady to throw you back up, the rocks get refreshed.
