En esta misión Jinky nos presta el Yelmo de buceo del Barcódromo, que nos permite respirar bajo el agua y nadar a gran velocidad (si andamos por el fondo veremos que corremos dando saltos) para que podamos encontrar las 10 piezas que son necesarias para construir el barco. Estas piezas están esparcidas en gran número por todo el fondo de las Mil Agujas, con lo cual es muy sencillo conseguirlas.

In order to get the next quest in the chain, you have to do the quest underwater where you rescue the guy from the outhouse. Be sure to do it while you are collecting parts on the ocean floor.

BTW this suit works all over 1K needles. So if you like farming Mithril Ore, gems and iron, with no competition (for now) accept the quest but never turn it in.
