The Jacinto de invierno grows from ice on the Ironwall Dam and the Decrepit Flow in northwestern Crystalsong Forest. Pick four of them and go to Drak'Mar Lake, which is in northeastern Dragonblight on the border with both Grizzly Hills and Zul'Drak. Go to the middle of the ring of floating objects and use the hyacinths. The Doncella de Drak'Mar will appear and after a short dialog, the Hoja de Drak'Mar will spawn next to her. Loot it to get the completion.

This quest, along with , and , is one of three weapon-fetching dailies available to Argent Tournament Aspirants and Valiants. Each faction has its own version, though they're identical aside from the specific quest NPC. This particular quest is for Silvermoon Valiants. The other versions are:

You can drop off the flowers at 93.2,25.9 in Dragonblight.

You can loot someone elses sword drop to. I looted it from someone else that used the items. After I turned it in I lost my own hyacints.

The rep reward from this (and other valiant quests) is actually 62 rep with all horde factions other than the one you take the quest with, 250 for the horde faction the quest is from and 250 for the Sunreavers.

For example: If you complete this quest as a valiant of Thunderbluff, you'll receive:

250 rep with Thunderbluff
250 rep with Sunreavers
and
62 rep with Undercity, Silvermoon, Darkspear Trolls, and Orgrimmar

Note that while I did not receive any in-game notification of the rest of the reputation gains, checking my rep bars before and afterwards it is clear that you do actually receive them. Completing all 4 dailies will award you 1000 rep with each of Sunreavers and Thunderbluff and 250 rep with all other horde factions.

This is bugged. If you use your flowers after it's been already summoned and while the npc is disappearing, it will not re-appear, you won't loot, and you'll lose your flowers.

This quest is often times ridiculous. I have all four Winter Hyacinths and go to the correct spot on the lake, and the NPC is not there half the time. I've done this quest many, many times and can't figure out why sometimes it's available to complete, and why sometimes it's not. Stupid quest.

Its painful to do all these quests collecting weapons that look totally awesome, while knowing you can have any of them! :(
i'm just looking forward to when i can start buying cool weapons, after all the dailies and stuff :)

I like how 98 percent of the freaking quest is just flying to the destinations and requires the least amount of skill out of any of the daily quests for the valiants.....yet gives you the most valiant marks out of any of the other daily quests. Herp derp. Complete and utter shameless time sink.

My tournament blade has gone missing. I've heard the bards telling tales of travelers offering winter hyacinths to a lonely maiden in return for gifts. Those hyacinths grow only on the ice flowing from the Ironwall Dam, on Crystalsong Forest's northwestern border with Icecrown. Gather the flowers and take them to the circle of lamps in Drak'Mar Lake in northeastern Dragonblight, near Zul'Drak and Grizzly Hills. Ask the lonely maiden for a worthy blade.]
