Frostillicus is a Simpsons reference, episode 4F24. Jasper "cryogenically" freezes himself in the Kwik-E-Mart freezer so he could see a future where robot wives were cheap and effective. Apu decides to make money off of the frozen man by calling him "Frostillicus" and charging admission. The above quote is from Abe (Grandpa) Simpson, who stood by the exhibit and rambled as he is wont to do.

Also, part of the quest completion text is: "Whenever the wind whistles through the trees, I will always hear your name." I think this is a subtle reference to yet another Simpsons episode, "Bart the Lover". Bart's final letter to Ms. Krabappel states: "Any time I hear the wind blow it will whisper the name... Edna."

[The Frostmaul giants wouldn't have been a problem if it weren't for that damned Frostilicus. When the ground shook and the bridge broke, he and his fellow water elementals seeped out of the earth and took over the bottom of Frostwhisper Gorge, forcing the giants out.
