Pelturas seems to have some issues since the last patch. This is the second in his line of quests that is buggy. I have submitted a ticket. Hopefully, it is as easy to fix as Orendil's Cure.

The GMs are aware of the issues with the NPC for this quest. I just had a very helpful one port me back to Ashenvale and despawn the NPC for me so I could continue. The bug with him is that every time someone accepts/turns in a quest, he becomes uninteractable.

If you want to proceed on this quest without waiting 24+ hours for a GM to respond to a ticket, make/hire a Horde character high enough level to kill the NPC.

This should force him to respawn within 10 minutes and you can interact with the NPC again.

[I'd hoped Orendil's cure would save Relara, but I fear it only slowed the disease running through her. We must find more powerful medicine! Thankfully, Orendil spoke to me of further remedies should his first one fail.

Elune's Tear is a type of stone that rests in only one place: the remains of Iris Lake, destroyed by the eruption of Thunder Peak, northeast of Astranaar. Orendil said the stone will wash away corruption.

Please, <Name>, bring me Elune's Tear and pray it will end my child's sickness!]
