One of the easiest dailies, Goto the Auction house and just put the dust on them all.

All five jewelcrafting dailies in Cataclysm have references to the TV show Futurama (some references have already been noted, simply cross-posting on all five quests):

A Present for Lila - Reference to the starship captain Leela, who also has purple hair. Also, reference to the robot Bender (Curver) and his constant drinking. (thanks for this to tonydizzle) EDIT: Upon completion, you also get a reference to the fact that Leela is a cyclops.

Elemental Goo - Reference to Professor Farnsworth and all the crazy contraptions he comes up with.

Nibbler! No! - Reference to spaceship captain Leela's pet, who eats anything and poops out starship fuel in the form of dark matter - hence, the "leavings" comment (thanks, Fortunate)

Ogrezonians in the Mood - Reference to episode 3x05, "Amazon Women in the Mood", in which the Planet Express starship crashes on the planet of the Amazonians (large females) who are ruled by the mighty Femputer. The penalty for the intrusion for all male members of the crew is "death by snoo snoo".

The Latest Fashion! - Another reference to Professor Farnsworth and his experiments and potentially to the show itself (stardust sounding like something from space, etc.)

The quest Ogrezonians in the Mood mentions Lila's ship is named Azeroth Express. Since Azeroth is the name of the planet, it's a pretty clever pun on Planet Express.

Also A Present for Lila mentions Bender/Curver's cleptomania, even though Isabel blindly believes her friend wouldn't steal from her.

I would love to see these NPCs in game on or near the Azeroth Express. Hopefully it won't take another expansion for them to be added somewhere.

Paladins can cast Divine Shield and spam the dust on themselves to get an easy 7 or so applications. Already an easy daily, but I just figured I let you know how to make it even easier. >_>

As with many other things in the game, using the Sternenstaub No. 2 on a PvP flagged player will also flag you for PvP.
As of Patch 4.3, using Sternenstaub No. 2 on PvP-flagged players no longer flags players for PvP.

Another good reliable place to go without spamming actual players with this is hop over into Old Town and go into the Pig and Whistle Tavern. There's roughly 11 or 12 NPCs in this building all lined up and you can bet they don't have the spray on them already.

Although this works on most NPCs nearby, attempting to use this on Genevieve outside the barber shop will give you the error message "A more powerful spell is already active," despite having no debuff herself.

I'm not sure what she's wearing, but I gotta get some of that stuff!

Anyone have a macro or macro idea for this?

EDIT:

I just made a little macro:

#showtooltip
/targetfriend
/cast Stardust No. 2
/cleartarget

If you stand and use the macro it will cast the dust on the person closer to you or even yourself.
So I run around the city getting near people and spamming the macro.
That way worked.

You also cannot use the dust on boy children like Adam or Billy! Who knew little boys didn't want to wear perfume?

I just did this daily in Stormwind...pretty simple....just go the Auction House right around the corner, find the dust in your bag that they give you. Do em like E40 and Sprinkle em....!

Rather easy quest.

As soon as you take it, use the Quest Item on yourself and any nearby Player, as well as all the NPCs in front of you.

If you still need more, just get on your flying mount and over the houses to the Trade District Auction House.

PLENTY of people there for "testing".

Interestingly, the dust does not work on the Hero's Heralds (near the Hero's call Board) but does work on Melris Malagan who is standing right next to him

Just to clarify...this is not the same thing as Stardust made by Jewelcrafters. This is Stardust #2 which the quest giver places in your bag when you accept the quest.

Well, I suppose we need to humor them. Take this bag and test out Stardust No. 2 on some humanoid subjects.]
