the thing about keybinds is there are not set positions better than others, except for having them close to hand or having them in an awkward, harder to reach place.
just play about and find which keybinds are more comfy for you and easy to remember.
i myself dont use keybinds except for the odd time iv pvp if people are running around everywhere and i need that extra control of a mouse turn.

My setup for tanking is pretty simple:

1 - Holy Shield
2 - Judgement
3 - Consecration
4 - Shield of Righteousness
5 - Divine Protection (macro'd with Shift to pop trinkets)
Q - Hand of Reckoning
E - Hammer of the Righteous
F - Avenger's Shield
G - Righteous Defense
V - Hammer of Wrath (macro'd with Shift for Hammer of Justice)
Z - Arcane Torrent/Divine Plea Macro

You bind "S" to an ability? What in the world do you use to walk backwards? o_O I don't think I could ever stand binding "C" either... character sheet FTW.

But anyway, mine as an example:

1 - Consecrate
2 - Shield of Righteousness
3 - Hammer of Righteousness
4 - Avenger's Shield
5 - Holy Wrath
Q - Holy Shield
E - Judgement (whichever I'm using at the time)
R - Hammer of Wrath
Left Mouse Button - Taunt (Hand of Reckoning)
Right Mouse Button - Mount ( :P )

Shift+1 - Self-cast Sacred Shield
Shift+2 - Self-cast Flash of Light (these two are left over from Ret PvP, actually)
Shift+Tab - Exorcism
Shift+Q - Divine Protection (shield wall)
Shift+E - Hammer of Justice
Shift+Left Mouse Button - Self-cast Hand of Freedom (again, PvP)
Shift+Right Mouse Button - Flying mount ( P: )

Of course, buttons are all about personal preference. As you can see, I like to have pretty much everything very easily reached, but I've heard of some people even binding Alt and Ctrl modifiers for their action bar. I also know a few tanks who prefer to click many of their actions -- and if that works for you, great. My reaction speed with my mouse is poor, and I rarely Tab target -- I use my mouse mainly to turn and to target, and that's it.

PLEASE tell me you rebound your strafe keys, because if not...you will regret it.

I suppose that is the best wisdom I can give, key bind only to the extent that it does not restrict your mobility.

I LOL'd.

I actually bind my A and D to strafe, and do not use turn keys -- probably from my FPS days. Besides, keyboard turning is fail. :P

You can hold down right click and use A+D to strafe.

Too much clicking. We don't have that many spells we need for tanking anyway.

Mouse Button #5 (ring finger 1st knuckle): Hammer of Justice

4: I don't.... think it is bound... wierd.
5: Exorcism
6: Holy Wrath
Q: Divine Protection

C: Lay on Hands

H: Divine Plea

This isn't for spells specifically but a helpful thing for tanks. If you move your auto-run key and leave num-lock on constantly, you can bind 1-9 on the numpad to raid marks, meaning if you have to you can remark on the fly, and it just makes it easier to mark between pulls.
