NB: Valves #1 and #2 are on the platform, but #3 and #4 are below it. You need to jump down into the water to get the last two you need.

Just spent ages on this then i found that all the valves are now on the platform, not in water.

DO NOT search for the valves in the water. They are all on the platform. The quest has been changed, every valve is on the platform now.

We're going to need you to go out to the KTC Oil Platform and release the valves to overload the coolant system. After you do that, head to the platform control panel on the platform and set it to blow.]
