This is the first quest forsaken received to be "reborn" by the val'kyr in Deathknell. It should be noted that this quest like many other starting zones is race specific to forsaken only. I was however able to do this quest on my forsaken Death Knight who I created before The Shattering so it should be available to any forsaken character regardless of the time of their creation.

The completion of this quest spawns the first encounter with Darnell. If the picture is right, it should be the level 1 https://www.wowhead.com/cata/npc=49337#.

None of these quests are available for non forsaken, at least not for BE. Except for , the only quest I could pick up in this area.
