In the current beta build once you defeat Saragosa you have to find your own way to get back down to the ground. Either use slowfall like abilities, hearth, or jump to your death and resurrect on the ground.

Don't overlook the quest text - once you're ready, talk to Keristrasza and tell her you're ready to face Saragosa. She will then port you up to Saragosa's platform.

Don't be afraid when you see Saragosa land as a giant level 73 elite dragon - she quickly shrinks and is an easy kill.

After porting to the platform and defeating Saragosa use the torch again and turn in the quest. After turning in the quest talk to Keristrasza one more time and there will be an option for her to port you back to the Coldarra camp.

yeah watch out on this quest. although it looks like you may be able to get to your corpse from the elevator platform below you cannot, you have to spirit res. so keep in mind every time someone dies up there they pay a lot of gold...untill blizz does something about that.

wowhead says the quest is Alliance only. however im able to pick it up as horde...

is this a wowhead or a wow bug?

Don't waste your flare if someone else already has Keristrasza summoned. Wait for them to fly away and then use your flare.

This quest appears to be bugged in more ways than one. If you go up there when someone else is about to, there could be problems. I went up when a mage was there and he used not only one of my charges to summon the Consort, but he took my teleport back. I had to die and spirit res to get off the platform since my hearth was on CD, and I couldn't get a ghetto hearth.

Completing the rest of the chain with sickness isn't a big deal, there's no fighting or anything involved. Most people said that they still didn't get a completion after she was frozen, but mine popped up almost as soon as we landed and she told me to flee. It's said that if it's bugged like that for you, to just do it twice.

She doesn't spawn herself. You summon her with your Prison Key. You can talk to her if someone else had summoned her recently, though. That's why you're seeing her at random spots.

Make sure you wait a little while before starting each part of this quest if someone had done it right before you. It bugs if there are two versions of her up at once and you'll have to do it again.

By the way, to actually arrive and FACE saragosa you summon Keristrasza and select the "I'm ready to face Saragosa" option.
You want to do this at the western cave where you took the reading on an earlier quest.
You then use the magic essence looking item which summons the 73 elite dragon saragosa, who then turns into a 73 human female. She fires a few frostfire bolts and from what I can see, is REALLY good at dying.
You get off of saragosa's landing by summoning keri and turning in the quest, then you get another quest to talk to an NPC at Transitus Shield. You talk to her one last time and select the "I'm done here, please return me to Transitus Shield" option.
Garts, the quest is done.

All you have to do is use the Arcane Power Focus after killing Saragosa, and Keristrasza will accept your quest, then offer to teleport you back.

EDIT: Never mind... Summon her again, turn in the quest, and accept the new one and she'll take you down.

If you missed it like I did, you were given an item to summon Keristrasza so check your bags and summon her to you (similar to the Archmage Vargoth's Staff in Netherstorm).

When you're ready to fight, talk to the summoned NPC again and select the option. She will then port you up to a platform in the sky. Now use the Arcane Power Focus quest item you received, a crystal will appear in the middle of the platform and the dragon will land.

After you kill Saragosa, loot and summon Keristrasza again. Select the option and she'll take you back down to the ground. Near one of the large platforms in the zone there is an opening that leads to the Nexus raid instance on the surface. (Coords 25,23.)

You've been given a flare so shoot it off when you arrive at the destination. Keristrasza will fly down and speak to you. Stand nearby and let her do her thing and then you both will fly away. You must clear Nexus to complete the final quest in the chain.

actually, if u summon the questgiver whilst on the platform & turn in the quest, u can talk to her again & get a port back down

FYI:

Don't die while doing this quest. Me and a Human DK were up there and he decided to gank me as I got the tap on Saragosa...managed to kill her, Kill him but as he was Unholy his Ghoul Form Reincarnate thing killed me.

Wasn't able to loot the mob...and you can't get teleported back up there.

Have to spirit rez and wait 10 minutes to do it again.

So make sure you're there by yourself.

I deleted the quest, couldn't be asked to do such a poorly done quest.

It wouldn't have been so bad if you could summon the #$%^& anywhere, but nope....so quest deleted.

Actually there is a way down:

Complete the chains at the Transitus Shield to get Augmented Arcane Prison. Don't start THIS part until you have that item. Click on the item link to see the chain quest involved to get it.

Now do the quest like Drelf stated with those 6 steps, defeat Saragosa and then use the Arcane Prison to summon Keri to you. Complete the quest dialogue and she'll have a new option to teleport you back Transitus Shield.

EDIT: OH! One more thing! Don't talk to her when on a mount, shapeshifted (that means you Moonkin, Bear and Cat) or while in Shadow Form. For some reason she won't teleport you unless you are in original caster form.

After you pick up Saragosa's Corpse and BEFORE accepting the quest from the summoned quest giver, you can summon Saragosa again,,,
At Level 71, I killed her 10 times and getting 1083XP per kill, but it is rather boring,,,:)

Found this quest rather annoying.. Had just taken up enchanting on an alt and had some Greater Mystic Essence in my bags, and ofc, the Power Focus shares the same icon :P

So just a warning, if you can't find the item, thats probably why ;)

Is this quest bugged at the moment? I keep talking to Keristrasza and accepting the summon... but as she casts Teleport, it constantly fails at the end, (as in, the spellbar turns red and says "Failed".

I abandoned and then re-accepted.. this time it didn't fail, but SHE teleported and I did not.

What the heck?

EDIT: Seemed to work this time.
The first few times I tried, I was in the Transitius Shield (or w/e it is called), but the time it worked, I was just in a random spot in Coldarra about 200 feet away.

It's possible the quest is bugged if you use it within the shield?

Make sure you're *really* close to Keristrasza when she casts teleport or it wont work. I had to be practically on top of her.

Also, this does count towards Nothing Boring About Borean.

I as able to levitate off the platform all the way to the entrance of the transitus shield. I know you can just port down, but flying through the air with levitate is just so fun.

If you are mounted and ask for teleport NPC will just vanish. So be sure you aren't mounted before you ask for teleport.

As many people are still fleshing out their WotLK / Northrend content in this starting zone, or even trying to wrangle some 龙眠联军 reputation, I felt this mini-guide would be extremely helpful to new and experienced players alike. It should be noted that the majority of these quests count towards 这个苔原不太远 which also leads one towards 诺森德的博学者. =^)

These quest series begin by discovering a 闪耀的碎片 (right-click on this item in the player's bags), dropping from one of the 考达拉缚法者s, which then starts the first quest chain .
*Player note: Do not confuse the 考达拉缚法者s (humanoids) with 考达拉织法者s (which are dragonkin)*

奇怪…… which after turning in to 莱洛拉斯 at the Transitus Shield gives players...

where you search for two other fragments of an arcane prison (牢笼外壳 / 能量核心. Items acquired at this point become 强化过的奥术牢笼 upon turn-in.
*Player note: Both items are found only on the two blue dragon micro-bosses ( / 战争使者戈德拉克) in the center of the blue round magic circles outside of the 魔枢 fissures.*

Here it appears this chain ends, but actually continues on in a 2nd chain. If you lose your 强化过的奥术牢笼 at any time, speak to 莱洛拉斯 at the Transitus Shield for a free replacement.
*Player note: Just be certain that it wasn't placed in the bank during a side trip, as there aren't any banks within a large portion of this zone (including the Hold). If he doesn't automagically give you the option to replace it, try clicking the "What is the cause of this conflict?" to bring it up.*

Upon right-clicking 强化过的奥术牢笼, player then releases 克莉斯塔萨 who then begs for assistance to confront 玛里苟斯 by talking to her once the player is ready for the 魔枢 raid zone.

allows players to speak to her again to continue the chain.
*Player note: If she somehow gets lost or the player drops the quest, it is best advised to go just outside of the Shield and summon her for each next quest, as other locations sometimes quest error or are incorrect areas.*

诱饵 has players collect 10 晶化法力碎片s (which are the pink crystal plants all over Coldarra) to make bait to beat his blue dragon guardian, 莎拉苟萨 human form / 莎拉苟萨 (dragon non-quest form). Pretty self-explanatory, just turn them in when done, any extras can be safely deleted.

Once collected she calls for and gives players a 奥术能量源 with which to bait 莎拉苟萨 and drag back 莎拉苟萨的尸体 for another quest.
*Player note: When ready, talk to 克莉斯塔萨 by using the 强化过的奥术牢笼 and she will teleport the player to 莎拉苟萨's platform up way above. Use the 奥术能量源 to summon her and she'll arrive in dragon form then change to human form for the fight. When dead, call 克莉斯塔萨 and turn in the quest, accept the next quest and stop talking to her. Speak to her again for a FREE teleport back down to the ground for the next turn-in.*

is where she asks players to carry her to 莱洛拉斯 back at Transitus Shield (in the Prison). Turn it in!

莱洛拉斯 then wants players to start by using 莱洛拉斯的火花 to light a signal fire on some bundles of wood to the northwest of the Nexus at coords 25.5, 22.
*Player note still valid by user beachboy:
1. Open your map. Move your character so that the arrow representing your position is directly above the "N" and to the left of "The" in "The Nexus" on the map. The bundle of wood you have to light is outside, in the snow.
2. Light the bundle of wood using the item provided to you, 莱洛拉斯的火花.
3. Take your hands off your keyboard and mouse, sit back, and enjoy the show. After a few minutes of NPC dialog and a scene where you ride a dragon, you should complete the quest. You do not have to do ANYTHING.
4. Turn in the quest at Transitus Shield.*

Finally 莱洛拉斯 asks the player to lay to rest the corrupted aspect of the 战争的囚徒, 克莉斯塔萨, which shows her as insane probably due to being forced to become 玛里苟斯's new consort. Could also explain 克莉斯塔萨的破碎之心
*Player note: Players will have to defeat all of the bosses in the 魔枢 in order to be able to finally release 克莉斯塔萨's corrupted aspect. Each boss is connected to one of the three click-able spheres to release her (大魔导师泰蕾丝塔= / 阿诺玛鲁斯= / 塑树者奥莫洛克=). Proven exception is the and 联盟指挥官, which are trash bosses that can be skipped, though Heroic replacements 指挥官斯托比德 and 指挥官库鲁尔格 have blue gear loot.*

It took me a minute for this but talk to her again and click where it says you're ready to meet Saragosa. You don't even have to move from the spot in which you are currently standing.

Yes do click on her again, she'll say something like, 'I am ready .....'
you will be teleported to where she spawns, a quick slap game over speak with her again and she will teleport you back to the dome,

Use the arcane prison item to summon Keristraza, then speak to her and ask to be teleported to fight Saragosa. You can use the arcane prison tool anywhere I think. Once you get to the high platform, use the other item (forgot the name) to summon Saragosa. She flies down as an L73 elite, but quickly morphs into a normal L73 and is an easy kill. Then summon Keristraza again, complete the quest, and have her teleport you back to the sanctuary (pink bubble place) in Colderra
