Only gives quests that happen on the Eastern Kingdom.

im trying to get loremaster and trying to get the burning steppes command board, it says it starts in the UC but it's not popping up, am i too high? any help would be appreciated.

nevermind i was in the wrong area to start ... was supposed to be in Flamestar Post. so for those who are easily confused and panic that they can't get an achievement, just look at the 'starting area' for quests *headdesk*

The quest that is on these boards is the old Dig Rat Stew quest.
Downrating accurate information is pointless. You can confirm this FACT by actually looking at the board ingame and comparing the quest rewards.
