Towelliee from TGN channel on youtube does a quick vid on this and it was pretty heavy. He was getting like 30K damage out with crusader strike in PvP when he macro'd it with something... def looking at this after i finish with the PvP Gear.

Lifeblood causes this trinket to have a 20secs CD, so they can not be macro'ed together.

Made a macro to use this along with pillar of frost, 2H frost dps went from 2400 to 3100, considerable boost for PvP when you need that extra burst.

It's the standard Orc's ''Blood Fury'' from an Orc racial ability. Only with an added red body effect, looks nice.
PS: Sign'd a picture of it, wich wowhead didnt except... nice.
