This is a very good chest piece for a Moonkin if you build your 4pc around legs + helmet if you're trying to keep your haste from getting out of control (haste over 400 hits a soft cap by only really benefitting starfire, and 0.8 second wraths will give you carpal tunnel syndrome).

The spirit is 'meh' but this chest makes it a lot easier to get the rest of your gear at the hit cap and not too much over the soft haste cape.
