This is most probably the BiS for any Spriest or lock right now; seems like it's made for both classes seeing as how there's some spare stamina on there also. Expect some competition for this all you casters. ;]

Personally I would go for this item over Shadow Silk Spindle since like the Aff-locks, Priest benefits from Spirit with Twisted Faith as an additional spell power(further enhanced by Improved Spirit Tap and Spirit Tap) over the stats crit (which could be obtained from Intelligence anyways) because DoT users relies on higher damage throughput.

Fortunately for me, this never shows on my Tauren. But when not in Treeform, this thing clips trough the ground. Really, it is huge on a male Tauren.
