Slightly disappointing compared to the Kel'thuzad neck since it doesn't offer as much threat attributes, however it still should be obviously used over it, even if threat increase is a concern for its considerably higher stamina and some decent increase in strength. All I'm trying to say I guess is that its dodge is high and it could be preferred by most tanks to have some expertise instead.
