For anyone wondering why it has the Races part, it is because it's BoE but the loot of this new raid is supposed to be different from both factions, so it cannot be sold via neutral AH. Seems like a new money maker for raids.

I think prices on this are going down due to upcoming 3.3 patch.

Between 6-10k on AH on my realm. Yesterday it was announced on "Trade" for 4500 gold several times. I got mine for 4200 gold. Well invested!

To be honest, the hit is really unneeded. If you're up to doing TotC25, then you're already at the hit cap, if not over it.
