Not a bad upgrade at lvl 74

it may quickly be replaced - but at 30 venture coins, its easily obtainable

plus you can disenchant it for a 'free' shard

Considering that you can get 46 venture coins per day, and this is a 30 coin cost small dream shard, this is an excellent way for enchanters to get a dream shard every 2 days with only about 10-15 minutes per day investment of time. I'd say that's a nice return :)

Of course, if you want to keep repeating Always Seeking Solvent you could get as many as you want in one day; as that quest appears to be infinitely repeatable for a 2 coin reward.

Is it just me or are the stats on this correct? It says it only has a +6 Stamina on it for a level 74 item?
