Most likely, this is another "Brew of the Month Club"-brew, judging from the fact it was added in 2.4, the name, description, icon and the stack size.
Edit: It turns out this isn't the October brew, as Autumnal Acorn Ale is. So much for wild guesses. This brew is bound to show up, but it seems we'll have to wait a bit longer.

Actually, October's brew is - A weak alcohol that's good for you and good for nature.
Sometimes summons a Woodland Squirrel that will either throw a nut(?) at you and run off, or like you (heart icon above it) and stay with you... for about 10 seconds longer, and then despawn.

Judging by the ID of this item it is likely July's Brew of the Month. They seem to follow a fixed order.
