If you use the right gems this could be really good, for any hybrid class. Could make it as good as an healing mace, as an PvP mace.

I think whoever put up the screenshots mixed up Aracheron's Gift and the Warmaul of Infused Light....either that or blizz mixed up the item graphics.

In my opinion, this is the quintessential ret paladin mace. There may be some other blue two-handers with a little more AP/crit, but this one is made just for paladins. I dare you to say otherwise!

I like this weapon beause of the high customisability. If i wanted to, I could put in +attack power or +crit , or +spell damage gems, allowing it to be of use for all paladin spec's.

The mace is also of use to shaman's, for PvP especially.

On the subject of its looks, all 3 white bands rotate at different speeds.

drops in normal arc. an enhancement shaman from my guild picked it up and loves it for PvP.

While a Retribution Pally can make the best use of this weapon, it's an effective all around weapon for any spec shaman / pally.

Granted, most Shaman will be dual-wielding 2 DPS weapons with Windfury, however Windfury procs with this type of damage on it makes it an effective choice.

Obviously Seal of Command will make this thing beastly, and with the proper customization (+Spell Dmg / +Crit), this can become an exceptionally good Retribution Pally weapon, built for pumping out that holy dmg.

(As far as myself... it's nice to have a DPS weapon when Kara doesn't call for a Prot-Specced Tankadin in a fight)

This is definitely a nice ret pally mace, although more often I'll see people running with the Oathkeeper https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=31299 which at least on my server is dirt cheap with usually 3-4 in stock on ah, can typically get for around 30g or so.

not too bad for warriors too, thanks to the gem slots. i wouldn't roll against a paladin or shaman for it though.

I replaced Honed Voidaxe with this on my newly 70 warrior. put Don Rodrigo's Heart, Bright Living Ruby, and a smooth golden draenite in it and it's a harder hitting Crystalforged War Axe with -4 str and -20 stam.

or if i replaced the crit gem with another +8 str it's a Plasma Rat's Hyper-scythe with +2 str, -15 stam and -5 crit rating.

or a 4str/4crit makes it -2str -15 stam and -1 crit rating

Took me 10 runs to get and i got revered with sha'tar i have it on my enhance shaman as there is no sense in using DW anymore because of the 3 sec cooldown on windfury this is the way to go, and honestly the graphics is just pure cool

I also play an enhancement shaman, and I'm running around with The Oathkeeper (https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=31299) till I get this. It's stats are alittle worse then it, however the sockets make up for that.

BTW Goldensonic, the cooldown on WF isn't that bad. You need your offhand to be slower then your main, so that it gets the proc. Plus, majority of the end talent in Enhancement is geared for DW, but still, 2h are sweet. Google elitist jerks, they got a LONG post about DW and 2H for Enh shaman.

I agree that Pally's and Shaman's could definitely make the most use of this, but what about a Boomkin? I know that there are lots of staffs out there that have specific spell power stats, but I could really see gemming this for druidic use.

Still farming for this on My Dk, Looks very Much like The Dungeon "the Oculus" if look carefully. with The many platforms and spiral and intense center like Look. its like a dungeon in your Hand.

Very nice pallie/shaman 2hander; that is alot of stats for something that has 3 sockets. Good top end too, seal of command and windfury will still bring the pain. ;p

"Warmaul of Infused Light" is easily obtained off Wrath-Scryer Soccothrates....He is considered the second or third boss you fight in Arcatraz depending which boss you pull because 2 are in the same room. It may take a few runs before it drops but you may luck out and it has a decent drop rate. Be sure if you are gonna run the instance you have someone in the party who will open the gate to get in!

Deff. The Warmaul over Torn-Heart axe. I had Crow Wing Reaper, and this mace beat the pants off of my mace. Socketed Spell Damage, Spell Crit and Stamina, and I'm off to the races. An awesome weapon, looking 10x better then that damn BOE Hammer.

I picked this up for my holy paly and with the right gems my holy crit rate jumped .85% vs. the Oathbringer. Added an extra 8 spell damage as well.

i don understand why holy pallys and resto/elemental shammys are getting so excited about it i mean it has only 28 intel and 5 spell dmg from gem bonuses which is pretty crappy when u think of it so all in all i think ret pallys and enhance shammys get priority over this.

Im a ret pally and this is a great mace to have if u dont have Gorhowl or any glad stuff.
put a 8 str, 12 stam, and 8 crit and u will have a great weapon.

Wow i want thsi on my paladin. Holy spec but hes also got 11 pts in ret and prot. Prot for BoK and ret for SoC for solo purposes. Lol screw the last holy talent, it sucks ass haha. This would be so nice to have. Does it have a pretty good Drop Rate %?

this is meant for retadins.
crit rating which gives $%^&*!ins 15%+ damage
it's slow so seal of command hits harder
sockets(to all classes) can put on more crit ratings
and the socket bonus is spelldamage which shamans doesn't need if they are ench.
