1) All ring enchantments make "Bind when Equipped" rings Soulbound.
2) All ring enchantments are enchanters only. You can't sell ring enchantments in any form (Formulas are "Bind on Pickup", Rings become soul bounded, and can not be traded within the trade screen.
3) Requires a level 35 (or higher) Ring.

Does anyone know if you can lvl enchanting put this on 2 rings and then unlearn enchanting and still have the benefit of the enchant? Or is this enchant like the tailoring/lw/and jc professional items.

Once you have applied this enchant to a ring, you may unlearn enchanting and still receive the benefit of this enchant when the ring is equipped.

Not worth using unless your leveling with the Spell Power Change... Enchant Ring: Spell Power gives +2 Spell Power (2 rings) which is what... 3.6 more healing... with easier mats.

The enchant taught by this item was removed in 5.x.
The recipe is still purchasable on the PTR, but is not usable.

All ring enchants are your own rings only, enchanting a ring makes it soulbound even if it's BOE in your bag.

It's a bonus for enchanters and not supposed to be a sellable trait, like the BOP Tailoring items or the BOP Smithing items (Hardly useless)

yep so far all ring enchants i have gained from rep are only doable on your own rings...which tbh is absolutely pointless and a waste of a great enchant...what if u are a warrior and enchanter so far most i have found for rings are all spell or healing enchants only for self ...needs to be changed by Blizz

This can only be enchanted to the enchanter's own rings, along with every single enchant ring formula.

this might be a noob question, but ill give it a go;) will i be able to enchant both my rings? (coz it says something like *one charge* on the res)?

The one charge is for learning the Formula. After you learn the formula you can enchant as many of your rings as you want as long as you have the materials. Only your rings though.
