These Tricks and Treats of Northrend and Cataclysm are available to do even if you have completed the meta What A Long, Strange Trip It's Been, but they do not seem to be a requirement of the meta or Hallowed Be Thy Name. So just some bonus achieves for y'all!

This guide is for ALLIANCE only. If you are a Horde, you should be looking here. I'm assuming that:

You know all of Northrend's Flight Masters
You are a spoiled achievement w@#$e like me and you want the 10 points...
You remember that "Fly to" means "take the gryphon, drake, pony, plane or whatever to..."
You look for the yellow ! it will pretty much guide you to the buckets

From Stormwind, follow these steps and you'll be done in no time!

Take the boat to Northrend's Borean Tundra. The pier is located at the North side of the city's harbor at: 18.26
Valiance Keep, Borean Tundra. The bucket is at: 58.68
Fly to Unu'pe, BT. The bucket is at: 78.49
Fly to Fizzcrank Airstrip, BT. The bucket is at: 57.19
Fly to Nessingwary Base Camp, Sholazar Basin. The bucket is at: 26.59
Fly to Bouldercrag's Refuge, Storm Peaks. The bucket is at: 31.37
Fly to Frosthold, SP. The bucket is at: 29.74
Fly to K3, SP. The bucket is at: 40.84
Fly to The Argent Stand, Zul'Drak. The bucket is at: 41.64
Fly to Zim'Torga, Z'D. The bucket is at: 59.56
Fly to Westfall Brigade, Grizzly Hills. The bucket is at: 59.26
Fly to Amberpine Lodge, GH. The bucket is at: 31.59
Fly to Fort Wildervar, Howling Fjord. The bucket is at: 60.16
Fly to Valgarde, HF. The bucket is at: 59.63
Fly to Kamagua, HF. The bucket is at: 24.57
Fly to Westguard Keep, HF. The bucket is at: 31.44
Fly to Wintergrade Keep, Dragonblight. The bucket is at: 77.49
Fly to Wyrmrest Temple, DB. The bucket is at: 60.51 on the ground floor for my EU friends or on the 1st level for my US friends :) (same level as the flight master)
Fly to Moa'ki Harbor, DB. The bucket is at: 48.74
Fly to Stars' Rest, DB. The bucket is at: 29.55
Fly to Dalaran and then ride to the Underbelly, Dalaran. The bucket is at: 62.50
Ride to Hero's Rest Inn. The bucket is at: 42.63
Ride to The Legerdemain Lounge, Dalaran. The bucket is at: 47.39

From there you can either HS to your home town, take the portal to SW, or claim Wintergrasp just for the memories!

Notes:

Yes, you can fly instead of using the Flight Master you cheap bastard! But most flights will only last for as long as you need to Alt-Tab and see this guide.

They’re spaced out so you can copy one section and use the regular WoW macro creator or copy them all and use the add-on Paste.

These are set in no particular order, you can adjust Tomtom to automatically set the next closest waypoint to minimize backtracking.

Use this macro for quick quest turn in:

If you receive the Trick! debuff you can use a Noggenfogger Elixir to get rid of it, just drink the elixir until you get Skeleton Form then right click to remove it.

I have posted on each factions candy bucket achievements so check the others out for more waypoints.

The bucket that is supposed to be in the Silver Enclave is actually in the Inn, (A Heroes Welcome)
Its where you get the Dalaran Cooking dailies
It is under the stairs.

Ok, I just got finished making my rounds around Northrend,
Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, and Outland. It should be noted that there are several extra locations that aren't covered in the achievements for Trick or Treating. Basically the rule of thumb I used was if it had a flight path then I was checking it out. Now if you know there isn't an inn at that location it is unlikely to have a bucket. After all my flying around here is my
list of the items I picked up. Good luck and happy haunting.

It's worth noting that unlike the other "Tricks and Treats" achievements, where there are some unlisted Candy Buckets, all Candy Buckets in Northrend zones are listed in this achievement.

Sorry, but I won't be posting Horde ones as I only have an Alliance character. However, this Innkeeper NPC list (https://www.wowhead.com/cata/npcs?filter=rh=1;cr=23;crs=1;crv=0) should be helpful for Horde characters. Hint: use the "Search within results..." box to filter by zone.

Although not needed for "The Hallowed" title, completing this achievement at 85 will also net you a quick easy 181g 94s total from the candy buckets ;)

There is no candy bucket in the Silver Enclave in Dalaran. It's in the in the Inn beside it (A Hero's Welcome). As soon as you walk in, its under the stairs on the right.

If you can't see the bucket at Bouldercrag Refuge in Storm Peaks, you're on a quest chain phasing you from the area.

Check the first comment on https://www.wowhead.com/cata/quest=12930#comments for the full list of the chain.

You'll need to complete The Iron Colossus, fly away, and fly back to be able to see this.

A very useful macro for opening those Handful of Treats fast:
#showtooltip
/use Handful of treats

This way when you have the item in your inventory it will show lit while when you don't it'll be darker. Just bind it to an easy to use bind and you're ready to go!

If you loot ALL the buckets from all the zones - Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, Oultands, Northrend and Cataclysm - including the ones not specifically listed for the achievements, at level 85 you will net 800+ GOLD... and that's after you pay for all that taxi service! This has to be the easiest gold you can make in the game - no mobs and no repairs. Just collect your candy and your gold!

Make sure to equip your Renowned Guild Tabard so you can double your guild rep as you collect your loot!

Amusingly, this is far more difficult to get at lower levels than the Cataclysm equivalent. Largely because if you're at least level 60, you can fly in all the Cata zones, but if you're not at least 68, you can't fly in Northrend. My warlock (60 when I started, 63 now) managed all of Borean Tundra, Dragonblight, and Howling Fjord but I realized that trying to get all of them would either require a friend with a 2-person mount to haul me around or more deaths than it was worth.

A handy thing to have in your bags is Hallow's End Pumpkin Treat, if you get tricked (40sec cc) from the candybucket, eat one and you will get a new disguise that overrules the one from the candybucket. This new disguise can be removed if you wish.
Hallow's End Pumpkin Treat are sold by Katrina Shimmerstar outside Ironforge Bank, you need to have completed Hallow's End Treats for Jesper!, if you havnt she will only sell normal candy.
They stack to a 100, should be enough that even those who are hated by rng wont run out before they are done by the achivs.
