Based on the reward: a Guild Vault Voucher (8th Tab), it looks to be a Guild Achievement. So perhaps it just wants you to have an 85 of each race and class in your guild.

Does anyone know if this can be gamed? If you just invite a level 85 character and then let him leave, would that still give you credit for the achievement, or do you only get credit when you "turn" 85? What about paid race-changes?

I take issue with this achievement, owing to the fact that I’ve got a relatively small guild (which is how we prefer it). Although we’re all notorious for alts, it predicates that either I’m going to have to level a ton of 85’s on my own, or the small membership in my guild will be stuck doing similar. 54 total classes to achieve; a 10-man guild would only be able to achieve this equally if 4 members leveled 6 85’s, and the other 6 leveled 5. Not impossible, of course, but what if a few people only have three characters that they actually want to play (a tank they prefer, a healer they prefer and a dps they prefer)?

I’m sure I’ll get downrated by some who believe that if I’m that upset about it that I should just suck it up and either invite more people or I should join a larger guild. My response is that part of the reason that I have my small guild is because I’m actually playing with the people I want to play with; they all feel the same way.

So for smaller guilds, you CAN do this. Unless you own two accounts, though, you’ll need a minimum of 6 people in your guild to pull this off. Any 5-man guilds are out of luck. …well, unless you’re one of those multi-boxing all-stars and are effectively a guild unto yourself!

If you get a character to 85 and fulfill honored rep, can you get a race change to one of the race/class combos your guild doesn't have and have it count? Or do they have to already be that race/class combo the moment they hit 85/honored?

It may not feel like much of an achievement if you spend a ton of RL $$$ race-changing to help obtain this achievement...but the 8th guild bank tab will make up for that, I'm sure!

Glad to get this done before the expansion. Call me paranoid but I can see them redoing these and upping the level required to 90, it will also probably include the panda race as a requirement too making it harder and possibly losing out on previous incomplete progress (ex Every dwarf class except a warlock). One bit of advice I would offer is if you are anxious to get this done, offer players of the race and class combo you need some kind of payment/ reward to join/ stay in your guild and hit honored. You can also encourage them by helping them do things like heroics, arenas, raids e.t.c. As of right now it takes 3 guild reputation resets to become honored, the tabard makes it much easier, if you cap the first and second week you will only need a few hundred rep on the third to get exalted. So good luck to all of you out there trying to complete this and hopefully you will have more time after the new expansion drops.

main question at this late date before pandaria pops: what happens if we dont have it finished in time? omg our guild has worked nonstop for 9 months to get it complete and worried that they will change it so we have to get the pandarens and monks on the chieves we havent completed :( Does anyone know if they are going to screw us on this one?
