An accurate Horde specific guide:

Starting in Dalaran, check to see if horde control Wintergrasp. If they do, jump in the portal and then use the teleporter to enter the keep. Elder Bluehoof is inside. Once you have spoken to him jump back in the portal to Dalaran. If Wintergrasp is Alliance controlled, check again when you have worked your way through the list below.

Take a windrider to Bouldercrag's Refuge in Storm Peaks. Inside the Inn you'll find Elder Stonebeard. (Storm Peaks 31, 38)
Fly south to Elder Fargal just outside of Frosthold (Storm Peaks 30, 74)
Fly east-southeast K3. Elder Graymane is near the flightmaster (Storm Peaks 41, 85)
Take the windrider to Camp Tunka'Lo for Elder Muraco (Storm Peaks 65,51)
Take the windrider to Zim'Torga for Elder Tauros (Zul'Drak 59, 57)
Take the windrider to Camp Oneqwah and you'll find Elder Whurain (Grizzly Hills 65, 46)
Fly east-northeast to Elder Lunaro in Ruins of Tethys (Grizzly 81, 37)
Fly west-northwest to Elder Beldak just outside of Westfall Brigade Encampment (Grizzly 61, 28)

Was able to do all of these solo on my level 74 horde unholy DK, and it's probably doable on lower levels. For storm peaks, being unholy is not necessary, but it helps to have permanent ghoul and On a Pale Horse. I climbed around in storm peaks by pulling things from far away with my ghoul and then corpse-flying to ledges above.

Here are some climb-worthy locations in storm peaks. map (Not exact coords)

Went from K3 to right side of the spider cave, then up left and jumped onto the cliff below the wierd building. From there I pulled the yeti with my ghoul and ressed top-side.
Then there's just a elite-filled ride to Taunka'lo, and then towards the terrace of the makers (from the north). Pull a dwarf and kite him south-west and then around and up against the wall. Die as high up, and close to the wall as possible!

After that, ress on top of the wall and continue down the big stairs and through the library-thingy.
Then you should be pretty close to Bouldercrags refuge. Remember to get the FP.

Head on south following the dotted trail on the map until you get to the harpies. Then pull one of them and die close to the cliff and ress on top of it. Then send your ghoul down for the harpie again and kite it until you get as far up towards the big crystals as you can and die.

Note: Near the wierd building on the cliff, the terrace of the makers and the crystals at frosthold, space is really tight. I succeeded on my first try on both places, but it might be a good idea to scout the surroundings for the highest spot before you pull.

Did the storm peaks zone in just under 2 hours, and around 6g 90s repair cost.

fyi you have to be able to fly (at least I found) to get into wintergrasp where elder bluewolf is. Once inside make ur way up north to wintergrasp fortress and use the defender portals to get inside the fortress. As mentioned previously, your faction has to capture the fortress in order to use the portals.

Place these macros on the hotbar and hit them both. If your tomtom is set up correctly, you should see the location of every NPC on your map. They are all correct, I just now did it and typed this all in as I went. Through tomtom, you can set up a waypoint arrow that will direct you towards the target you choose next.

Bouldercrag's Refuge is not on the map, it is just north of the Snowdrift Plains.

Elder Stonebeard is at 31.3, 37.6 in the Storm Peaks, go to 30.4, 36.7 and go inside and he is on the left at the back.

Actually you don't have to take/own Wintergrasp to get the elder. I flew over it the hard way and was able to fly right into the (horde controlled) fortress and complete the quest then port out. (mage) Easy.

This is the path I took to honor the Elders of Northrend, including the ones in dungeons. My faction held Wintergrasp when I did this, but if your faction does not hold Wintergrasp you won't be able to get that one yet, so just skip it when you get there and wait till your faction does have it (or fight for it in the next battle!). Also, on a side note, if you are not level 85 yet you may have to do a bit more fighting in some of the dungeons. The lower your level is, the higher chance you have of aggroing things.

I started in Dragonblight, at Moa'ki Harbor, and ended in Howling Fjord.

Dragonblight, Moa'ki Harbor-- Elder Thoim (48.8. 78.2)
Dragonblight, Agmar's Hammer-- Elder Skywarden (35.1, 48.4)

After that, it's up to you whether or not you choose to run back through or finish the dungeon, the time to get out is pretty much the same. At 85 I was able to walk straight past the last boss. *****

You will have to take down Skadi the Ruthless in order for the door to open, and the Elder is in the next room under the stairs (you can reach him faster if you jump down the hole in the stairs). *****

Elders of Northrend, including Northrend dungeons.
I start this guide in Borean Tundra as both the Zeppelin from Orgrimmar and the Boat from Stormwind has its destination here. For Alliance just follow the list, for Horde switch around 1.st and 2.nd. All Dungeons can be done on normal mode.

This guide assume that you have access to a flying mount.

Keep in mind, to complete Elders of the Dungeons Achievement you need to be at least level 77.
Also areas that spawns faction opposite guards will be max level guards.

The door doesn't need to be broken in wintergrasp inorder to get to Elder Bluewolf just use the teleporter to the right of the door and it will port you inside

As far as the Wintergrasp elder goes......you absolutely do not have to control Wintergrasp to fly in to speak with him. Nor do you have to hold Wintergrasp to port to the violet Citadel....it is patch day, so maybe this changed as of this morning, but, for now, I can say with utmost certainty that this is the case. This was within 10 minutes of a new battle about to begin, but most certainly not right after it ended.

I used a combo of guides above, namely Rasmussen82 and Crystalheals guides, and got this done in just a few hours. I don't have enough rep yet to thank or upvote the posts, and I can't figure out how to reply to the individual comments, but the guides and waypoints were definitely appreciated! I am now Elder Taliyahna! :D

One thing about Wintergrasp, there is a youtube video that shows you how to get in Wintergrasp if the opposing faction controls it. Horde always controls it on my server because nobody bothers with the zone anymore. So I used the trick and got in within 5 minutes. Just make sure you have quite a bit of hp when you jump down to the Elder (I had 123k, had 6k left when I landed), or get lucky and land on the orb in the middle, then jump down.

Basically there's a ledge up above the door, and you run and facesmash into the corner over the pile of snow. When you've run in as far as you can, then use a GROUND mount, and mount up. Jump jump jump (may take a bit of mounting and dismounting) and eventually you'll get in.

I'm still kinda new here, so let me see if I can post the video link.... Nope, newly registered users can't post links. Ok so go to Youtube and search "WoW Wintergrasp Secret Entrance to the Fortress"..user name is saar95, he posts a very helpful link there to getting inside.
