The maximum amount of in-game currency that can be transferred to another realm is now 500g for player-characters at levels 10-30, 2,500g at levels 31-50, and 25,000g at level 51 or higher.
Players who enter a battleground while mounted on a flying mount or while shapeshifted into Flight Form will now return to their flying mount or shapeshift form upon exiting the battleground.
Fixed an issue where skill level requirements were not enforced when casting the Skinning spell from your spell book.
Fixed an issue causing Wartook Iceborn to sometimes disappear during the quest “Across Transborea.”
Fixed an issue in “The Battle for The Undercity” where King Varian Wrynn was attacking an NPC that should not be part of the event.
Fixed an issue with the quest “Mission: Plague This!” where Greer Orehammer would not offer another flight to players who already had Orehammer’s Precious Bombs in their inventory.
Fixed an issue with “The Last Rites” quest where a player could cause Thassarian to become stuck under certain conditions.
Brewfest
- The Dark Iron Brewer in Blackrock Depths will now correctly drop his Mug of Dire Brew when sufficiently drunk. Bottoms up!
Karazhan
- Nightbane no longer requires completion of the associated questline and can now be summoned by any player using the Blackened Urn object on the balcony.
Utgarde Pinnacle
- Grauf should no longer regenerate to full health when flying off if it is not killed within a single pass during the Skadi the Ruthless encounter.
Gundrak
- Slad’ran should now appropriately stop summoning snakes upon death.

Raids will now count towards the 5 instance-per-hour limit.
- Developers’ notes: The hourly instance limit prevents players from entering instances that they’ve entered at least once already within the last hour. With this change, farming a dungeon should not prevent you from entering a raid instance, so long as you don’t attempt to reset and re-enter that raid instance multiple times.

Brewfest’s Coren Direbrew dungeon is now available in the Group Finder for players over level 68.
It is now possible to get the Brewfest quest “Another Year, Another Souvenir” which rewards this year’s Brewfest Stein.
Fixed an issue where the Glyph of Horn of Winter prevented other Death Knights in your raid or party from using Horn of Winter.
Fixed an issue with Warrior’s Warbringer talent which prevented Intervene from breaking root effects.
Call to Arms Battlegrounds now reward the proper bonus Honor.
Quests that did not display completion text when being watched have been fixed and should display the text on what to do next under the objective tracker.

We have implemented this alternative method to give players an opportunity to drop Bypass Codes so other players can grab them.

Paladin’s Seal of Corruption can no longer be dispelled.
The PvP window should now move or hide itself as necessary when other UI is opened.
Fixed a very rare issue where a player could be unable to access their second talent specialization after learning Dual Talent Specialization.
Fixed an issue where the bonus armor was not being granted on some rings.
High Test Eternium Fishing Line that was applied prior to Wrath of the Lich King Classic pre-patch should now correctly grant +5 Fishing Skill (was +2).

Players may now queue for Battlegrounds from anywhere, without having to speak to a Battlemaster. Queue up via the Battlegrounds tab on the PvP menu.
Players that are logged off inside a dungeon instance when it is reset will now log back into the nearest graveyard.
Resolved an issue where a Druid could appear to have two copies of Leader of the Pack active.
Death Knight’s Ghoul from Raise Dead will now resummon when dismounting after flying.
Survival Hunter’s Lock and Load effect should now trigger correctly.
Players will now get nibbles when their fishing levels are too low for the area.
Fixed an issue where using certain items carried over from Burning Crusade Classic (e.g. Darkmoon cards) would delete the entire stack.

Whirlwind animations, such as the Warrior’s Whirlwind and a Rogue’s Fan of Knives, will now appear while moving (was only while standing still).
Druid
- Track Humanoids will no longer activate when shapeshifting into Cat Form if Find Minerals, Find Fish, or Find Herbs is already active.
Rogue
- Fixed an issue where Overkill would be applied and immediately removed on rogues who did not know that talent.
True to their vocation, Argent Outfitters will now exchange Necrotic Runes for armor and other items in Orgrimmar, Thunder Bluff, and Silvermoon City. They will make their way to the Undercity once enough Scourge have been defeated across Azeroth.
During the quest “City of Light,” Khadgar’s Servant will now continue giving its tour even if the player is not nearby.
Zombies are no longer unstoppable by benefitting from Preparation at the start of battlegrounds. Alterac Valley weekend is saved!
Gathering nodes will now have a sparkling visual effect when being tracked.
Fixed an issue where Group Finder activity level ranges were not correct. They should now more closely match the levels of the Meeting Stones for those dungeons.
Players can now list and browse the Group Finder for dungeons that are below their level.
Latency and other performance information is now visible in the tooltip of the Game Menu button.
Players can now report character friends.

- Reduced the minimum Item Level to queue for all Fated Raid Finder wings to 230 (was 240).
  - Developers’ note: This restriction was too punishing given Fated LFR’s importance in providing new and returning players with an intermediary step to engage in Season 4’s endgame activities. We believe the power increases afforded from the Fated Powers themselves more than make up for this item level gap, so groups shouldn’t have a vastly more difficult time completing encounters.

Items and Rewards

Reduced the damage increase on Jeweled Signet of Malendrus by 74%.
- Developers’ note: The spell effect changes made to Jeweled Signet of Malendrus for the release of Legion Timewalking inadvertently also caused it to increase the damage of abilities that scale with weapon damage. In some cases, the overall power gains were far beyond what was intended. This hotfix retains the current functionality but adjusts the tuning accordingly.
Fixed an issue where a Cosmic or Sacred Creation Impetus could be used directly on Fated tier modules from Sepulcher of the First Ones; the Fated tier armor created by the modules can still be upgraded.

The net result is that Nathrezim Infiltrators should feel slightly less powerful than they did previously.

    - Developers’ note: The uptime of defensive abilities for Outlaw has been a point of frustration due to less opportunity for enemies to capitalize on gaps of defensive cooldowns. This is intended to address that, while keeping the feel of Outlaw intact.
Warlock
- [With realm restarts] Dark Pact (Talent) now provides an absorb shield based on 300% of health sacrificed in PvP combat (was 250%).
- [With realm restarts] Essence Drain (PvP Talent) now causes the target to deal 9% less damage to the Warlock per stack.
- [With realm restarts] Essence Drain (PvP Talent) now stacks up to 4 times (was 5).
- [With realm restarts] Gateway Mastery (PvP Talent) now reduces the time between how often players can take your Demonic Gateway by 30 seconds (was 15 seconds).
- Affliction
  - [With realm restarts] Soul Leech grants an absorb shield based on 12% of damage dealt in PvP combat (was 8%).
    - Developers’ note: In 9.2.5 we removed the PvP talent Demon Armor and changed Gladiator’s Echoing Resolve to no longer interact with interrupt effects, which impacted Affliction Warlocks with their spell casts being a single school. With the combination of these changes, Affliction Warlocks’ defensives have been lower than we’d like even after our stamina increase to their base kit, so we are targeting to equip them with better survival tools in PvP.
Warrior
- [With realm restarts] The amount of Mastery granted by Conqueror’s Banner (Necrolord Ability) reduced by 33% in PvP combat.
- Fury
  - [With realm restarts] Crushing Blow (Raging Blow from Reckless Abandon (Talent)) now deals 20% reduced damage in PvP combat.
    - Developers’ note: Overall Fury damage has scaled higher than we’d like in Season 3 especially with their set bonus. We are intending to bring down some of the moments of volatility while still maintaining the high consistent damage that fulfills the fantasy of a Fury Warrior.

Fixed an issue where the camera’s field of view could be increased past 90.
- Developers’ note: The ability to restrict the field of view was added in 9.2.5 as an accessibility measure to help alleviate motion sickness. All of World of Warcraft – the art, combat mechanics, and player interactions – are built within the parameters of the user interface experience and scale. Increasing the field of view beyond the limit that has been in place since WoW launched was not intended.

Burning Crusade Classic

[With realm restarts] To address a bug that prevented Midsummer Fire Festival bonfire quests from resetting for players who previously completed them, all Midsummer bonfire quests will be reset. This includes any yearly quests that players might have completed for the first time since the event began at 12:01 a.m. on June 21.
- Developers’ note: This fix requires that we restart all realms, so to get the fix applied as soon as possible, we’re preforming realm restarts soon during off-peak hours in each region.

- Developers’ note: We’ve heard feedback that several encounters in Sepulcher of the First Ones would benefit from adjustments, as they’re too difficult due to punishing mechanics, and we want to further reduce the likelihood that those mechanics can quickly cause an unrecoverable wipe.
  
  We have also received feedback that the Lihuvim encounter was too constrained due to the difficulty of some of the Automa, so we wanted to make adjustments to open the possibility of different strategies to players.
- The following raid adjustments will be made with this week’s scheduled weekly maintenance:
  - Lihuvim
    - Lihuvim health reduced by 15% on Mythic difficulty.
    - Resonance Cascade damage reduced by 90% on Mythic difficulty.
    - Increased the cooldown of Guardian Automa’s Form Sentry Automa on Mythic difficulty.
  - Halondrus
    - Aftershock damage reduced by 75% on Mythic difficulty.
    - Planetcracker Beam damage reduced by 65% and its damage occurs less frequently on Mythic difficulty.
  - Anduin Wrynn
    - Hopelessness and Overconfidence duration increased to 16 seconds on all difficulties (was 12 seconds).
    - Blasphemy will no longer be triggered when coming in contact with an unmarked player on Mythic difficulty. The tooltip will reflect this change in a future patch.
    - March of the Damned damage reduced by 75% on all difficulties.
    - Soul Explosion damage and travel speed reduced by 30% on all difficulties.
    - Banish Soul cast time increased to 16 seconds on Mythic difficulty (was 12 seconds).
    - Necrotic Detonation cast time increased by 30% on Mythic difficulty.
  - Rygelon
    - Dark Eclipse now targets 3 players on Mythic difficulty (was 4).
    - Unstable Matter health reduced by 25% on Mythic difficulty.

  - Developers’ note: Due to the bug fixes in 9.2.5, we’re receiving feedback that Rygelon in Mythic raids is more difficult than intended on subsequent kills, and so we are reducing Rygelon’s health to compensate. Additionally, we’re reducing Rygelon’s melee damage across the board as he inflicts significant tank damage, but we would like to avoid altering current strategies around Corrupted Strikes.

The adjustments below for Halls of Atonement, Theater of Pain, and Tazavesh: Streets of Wonder are intended to offset this increase in difficulty and bring affected creatures back in line with player expectations.
