Fixed a bug that could result in players obtaining unintended cosmetic rewards following a Faction Change. Appearances granted due to the bug will be removed.
Vinyl: Triumph of Gnomergan now has a chance to drop from all rares on Mechagon if you have constructed the Gramophone.
The drop rate for Azeroth Mini: King Mechagon has been increased from multiple sources around Mechagon.

Quests

“The Hand of Fate” should now provide players with a boat to reach Azuremyst Isle.
Addressed an issue that might have prevented some players from getting the Timewalking quest “The Shrouded Coin” from the last boss in their first dungeon of the week. Players that ran into this issue on a character should see one drop at the end of their next MoP Timewalking run.

Chef Chum Platter and Plank-Master Bluebelly can now be tagged by more players.

Brilliant Sunburst Peafowl can now Skyride.
Fixed an issue where completing the Dragonflight Season 2 Hero achievement by defeating Sarkareth on Mythic difficulty would not grant an Obsidian Aspectral Earthstone. Characters who previously failed to receive an Earthstone will find one waiting for them in their mail.

Siren Isle

Fixed an issue where only rogues with inscription could pickpocket Ashvane Pistol Technique from pirates, now all rogues can pickpocket the technique.

Added Titan Disc Fragments as a drop for the Siren Isle quest “Archives: Seeking History”. You should be able to find them by slaying rare spawns, event bosses, and looting chests.
Cyrce’s Circlet
- Fixed an issue where the Fathomdweller’s Runed Citrine wasn’t updating often.
- Fixed an issue that caused Thunderlord’s Crackling Citrine’s damage to not be reduced in PvP combat.
- All Singing Citrines are now available.
  - Developers’ notes: This allows players to acquire all of them in the current week. The gems belonging to the goblins, Arathi, and Earthen should come from doing events on the isle that are started at the Siren Isle Command Map. After getting them once, you’ll be able to buy them and store them in your Warbank for your alts as usual. The gems that belong to enemy factions should now be purchasable from Taljori, the Tortollan vendor sitting on the large rock behind Bargus.

Quests

Fixed an issue causing “On a Paler Horse” to not function.
Removed the extra action button from the quest “Rock n’ Stone Revival” to avoid unfortunate overlap with the Go-Pack. The quest still has the tool button attached to the quest objective for activating the stones.
Horde players that have faction transferred from Alliance should now be able to complete the Andorhal experience in the Western Plaguelands.

WoW’s 20th Anniversary

Players must now be level 30 to accept and turn-in the Celebration Crate quests. Alyxx will continue to be available to turn the crate quests in after the celebration ends in a year-round location.

Black Powder is used far more frequently as Deathstalker than as Trickster and is receiving a sizable damage increase. Additionally, Deathstalker’s Plague damage effects are being increased (for Subtlety only) to better align the overall contribution of each hero talent choice.

- Developers’ notes: Colossus Warriors are meant to be innately tough and hard to kill, so we’re increasing their overall resilience. This is particularly aimed at helping level the field between Mountain Thane and Colossus for Protection Warriors, more passive resistance for Colossus versus Mountain Thane’s more active mitigation playstyle.

Ratts’ Revenge
- Fixed an issue where statues would follow you without a rope.
- Fixed an issue where the “Hear” puzzle could be solved by an unintended bug. Characters who already received the reward for this puzzle will keep their progress, but other characters will need to figure out the intended solution.
- Ratts’ password is now present.
- The “Light of Love” is now more accepting.

Due to the horrors of repeated acts of violence at the Anniversary grounds, the Bronze Dragonflight organizers have made it a Sanctuary area. They kindly ask guests to take their conflicts outside the grounds.

- Fixed a bug that prevented the Prospecting 40/40 specialization perk from providing Ambivalent Ambers as a byproduct.
- Byproducts, such as Glittering Glass and Handful of Pebbles, now drop from every Prospecting action (was a chance of Byproducts or gems).
- Slightly reduced the drop rates of gems and chance for maximum yield of Byproducts.
  - Developers’ notes: We’ve been closely evaluating Prospecting data and player feedback over the past few weeks. The prices for Glittering Glass, Handful of Pebbles, and their respective crafts have been significantly higher than intended, with the price of gems lower. The goal of these changes is to provide a better balance of Byproduct supply relative to their demand, without significantly impacting the value of a prospecting action.

Quests

“The Dragon Isles Await” should, once again, be offered to players upon reaching level 10+ or by speaking to Chromie and selecting Dragonflight for your Timewalking Campaign.

WoW’s 20th Anniversary

Moved the Bronze Celebration token for the “Spread the Light” zone activity to the World Quest “Spreading the Light” to match the top-level activity quest like other zones.
- Developers’ notes: The token won’t show since the weekly chest will take priority. These are still once per Warband per specific quest.
Fixed an issue causing inconsistencies in the objectives of Dire Maul West.
Reduced the damage of Azuregos’s abilities.
Adjusted the number of maximum tanks and healers for The Codex of Chromie to allow for more damage dealers. The new values are: 2 tanks maximum, 3 healers maximum, and 15 damage maximum. At a minimum, 1 tank, 1 healer, and 8 damage dealers are required.
The Dornagal Worldsoul, Archive, and Delve quests should now always provide 2 tokens.
- Developers’ notes: These quests stick around for up to 3 weeks. Some characters would have seen 3 this week and some would see only 1 new quest for characters keeping up each week. Those with 2 or 3 saw 2 tokens on each, but after completing one of the quests, the other quests no longer showed tokens. We did this to keep things more fair, but it resulted in confusion. This change makes it per-quest across the account. Everyone should now be able to pick up the tokens from these on alts if their first Warband character completed it already, but did not get the tokens.
Blackrock Depths
- Fixed an issue that was causing leveling players to not receive gold drops from some bosses.
Items
- Fixed an issue where players playing multiple accounts could receive two Coldflame Tempest mounts. The second mount can now be deleted.
- Fixing a bug where the Mindtap Talisman had double Intellect stats and Use effects. The passive stat has been changed to Versatility.
The Guest Relations achievement formerly titled I Saved the Party and All I Got Was This Lousy Hat now rewards two lousy hats.

Developers’ notes: We have now identified and corrected a systemic issue that caused many class changes made in 11.0.2 to be missing from 11.0.5, and we have been implementing these missing changes via hotfix.
Death Knight
- Resolved an issue causing Dark Talons to grant 0% haste until Icy Talons is triggered again.
- Resolved an issue causing Wave of Souls damage debuff to be applicable by only one Death Knight.
- Blood
  - Gift of the San’layn will no longer be cancelled when Vampiric Blood expires.
Demon Hunter
- Fixed an issue that caused The Hunt to have an incorrect icon.

- Kill Cleave will no longer sometimes persist while Beast Cleave is not active.
