Individual buttons for Druid travel forms.
Each individual Druid travel form now has its own passive ability, meaning druids can glyph different forms for each of their travel forms.

The majority of class cooldowns have been added to the GCD

Abilities that are in the Global Cooldown, or GCD, cannot be used at the same time, meaning you must wait for the default GCD, 1.5s reduced by haste, until you can use your next ability.

Before BfA, many abilities were called "off-GCD" as you could two or more of them at the same time, even in the same button macro. For BfA, Blizzard started to reduce to amount of abilities in this state.

All melee abilities now scale with both Attack Power and Weapon Damage

The actual ability damage formula for all non-casters has changed, and now all those abilities use both weapon damage and attack power, even abilities like Shield Slam or Howling Blast.

This appears to be intended to create a better balance between classes, rather than some favoring weapons heavily (Warrior), while others hardly at all (Monk).

Bleed and Poison ticks now scale with Haste

Bleeds and poisons from Hunter, Rogue, and Warrior were the only over time effects not affected by haste, which is being changed in Battle for Azeroth.

Battle for Azeroth has a huge stat and ilvl squish.

Battle for Azeroth implements the second stat squish for World of Warcraft, two expansions after the Warlords of Draenor Squish.

Unlike Warlords, Battle for Azeroth will also have an item level squish, changing the item level previously found on classic items as well.

Skysec's Hold effect was improved and became the new effect for Frenzied Regeneration.

Prydaz, Xavaric's Magnum Opus effect became the new azerite trait Resounding Protection.

General Druid Changes

REMOVED Grants 100% of your Intellect as Agility when you shapeshift into Bear Form or Cat Form.
Balance/Restoration passive

REMOVED Increases your spell power by 100% of your attack power.
Feral/Guardian passive

NEW Aquatic Form Your Travel Form increases your swimspeed by 100% and allows you to breathe underwater.

NEW Flight Form Your Travel Form allows you to fly and increases your movement speed by 150%.
Requires Riding to be trained.

NEW Hibernate Forces the enemy target to sleep for up to 40 sec. Any damage will awaken the target. Only one target can be forced to hibernate at a time. Only works on Beasts and Dragonkin.
Cost changed from 6.5% of base mana to 15.0% of base mana

NEW Soothe Soothes the target, dispelling all enrage effects.

Bear Form Shapeshift into Bear Form, increasing armor by 200%220% and Stamina by 55%25%, granting protection from Polymorph effects, and increasing threat generation.

Cat Form Shapeshift into Cat Form, increasing auto-attack damage by 40%, movement speed by 30%, granting protection from Polymorph effects, and reducing falling damage.

Dash Activates Cat Form and increases movement speed by 70% while in Cat Form for 1510 sec.

Moonfire A quick beam of lunar light burns the enemy for (114.4%14.5% of Spell power) Arcane damage and then an additional (457.6%108% of Spell power) Arcane damage over 16 sec.

Rebirth Returns the spirit to the body, restoring a dead target to life with 60%100% health and 20% mana. Castable in combat. Usable in all shapeshift forms.
Cast Time changed from Instant to 2 sec cast

Feral Affinity You gain: Feline Swiftness
Increases your movement speed by 15%.
You also learn: ShredRake, Rip, Ferocious Bite, Swipe

Guardian Affinity You gain: Thick Hide
Reduces all damage taken by 6%.
You also learn: MangleThrash, Ironfur, Frenzied Regeneration

Mass Entanglement Roots the target and all enemies with 15 yards in place for 30 sec and spreads to additional nearby enemies. Damage may interrupt the effect. Usable in all shapeshift forms.

NEW When you resurrect an ally with Rebirth, they Absorb 1639 damage over 15 sec

NEW Ursoc's Endurance When you use Barkskin or Survival Instincts, absorb 0 damage over 8 sec.

NEW Your Aquatic Form now appears as a Dolphin.

NEW Your Swift Flight Travel Form appears as your more humble racial flyer.

Your Aquatic Form now appears as an Orca.

Your Swift Flight Travel Form appears as a Sentinel Owl.

Stampeding Roar Lets loose a wild roar, increasing the movement speed of all friendly players within 1015 yards by 60% for 8 sec.

Thrash Strikes all nearby enemies, dealing (55.3%6.2244% of Attack power) Bleed damage and an additional (60.5%12.5% of Attack power) Bleed damage over 15 sec. When applied from Bear Form, this effect can stack up to 3 times.

Brambles Sharp brambles protect you, absorbing and reflecting up to (Attack power * 0.240.06) damage from each attack. While Barkskin is active, the brambles also deal (24%2.6208% of Attack power) Nature damage to all nearby enemies every 1 sec

Galactic Guardian Your damage has a 7%5% chance to trigger a free automatic Moonfire on that target.
When this occurs, the next Moonfire you cast generates 8 Rage, and deals 300% increased direct damage.

Lunar Beam Summons a beam of lunar light at your location, dealing 90%10.647% of Attack power) * 8] Arcane damage and healing you for 300%70% of Attack power) * 8] over 8 sec.

Pulverize A devastating blow that consumes 2 stacks of your Thrash on the target to deal 850%(96.9306% of Attack power) Physical damage, and reduces all damage you take by 9% for 20 sec.

Restoration Affinity You gain: Ysera's Gift - Heals you for 3% of your maximum health every 5 sec. If you are at full health, an injured party or raid member will be healed instead. You also learn: Rejuvenation Healing Touch Swiftmend Rejuvenation Wild Growth

Alpha Challenge Intimidates the target, increasing their damage taken by 5%3% for 6 sec. Each unique player that attacks the target increases the damage taken by an additional 5%3%, stacking up to 5 times.
Your melee attacks refresh the duration of Intimidated.

Master Shapeshifter Your Feral, Balance or Restoration Affinity is amplified granting an additional effect.

Restoration Affinity - After you Swiftmend, the cast time of your Healing TouchRegrowth is reduced by 30% and its healing is increased by 30% for 8 sec.

Balance Affinity - After you enter Moonkin Form, you gain 30% spell haste for 10 sec.

Feral Affinity - While in Cat Form, your damage is increased by 30%.

Raging Frenzy

NEW Craggy Bark Barkskin reduces melee attacks against you by 51 damage.

NEW Gory Regeneration Mangle extends the duration of your active Frenzied Regeneration by 1.0 sec, and Frenzied Regeneration restores an additional 74 health every sec.

NEW Guardian's Wrath Maul deals 149 additional damage, and Maul reduces the cost of your next Ironfur by 15 Rage stacking up to 3 times.

NEW Heartblood Mangle increases the healing of the next ability to heal you by 231.

NEW Layered Mane Ironfur increases your Agility by 25, and has a 10% chance to grant 2 applications.

NEW Masterful Instincts Increases your Mastery by 0 and Armor by 0 for 10 sec after Survival Instincts expires.

Twisted Claws Thrash's direct damage has a 50% chance to grant you 13 Agility for 12 sec, stacking up to 5 times.
