100 hp? Does it scale or is it "99% dmg overkill instead of 99,9%"?

I've tested this to see if it's better than the other tiers.

it seems the enemies who are rooted once cannot be rooted again even if u move the totem away and the slow debuff is gone.

the problem with this tier is every talent has a problem, frozen power is attached to shocks, earthgrab/windwalk totems are attached to their element type which is kind annoying.

so in PvP Frozen Power > Windwalk Totem > Earthgrab Totem
(depends on the situation, Windwalk could be better to support your team since it has 40 yard range)

Minor annoyance I have with this talent: as it replaces Earthbind Totem, is also removes a snare from your toolbox. Although the tooltip says this will snare after a successful root, it fails to mention that if the target for some reason cannot be rooted but CAN be snared, you won't get the snare anyway.

For example, the adds on Erudax in Grim Batol are immune to root but can be snared. A shaman without this talent can use Earthbind totem to snare both adds on Heroic with one ability. But if the shaman took this talent, Earthgrab is useless for the whole fight, and the shaman must rely on frost shock/frostbrand weapon instead.

Is this behavior intended?
